سفارة واشنطن بدمشق تكشف كواليس اجتماع مسؤولان بارزان بالخارجية الأمريكية مع إلهام أحمد .. ماذا قالت
كشفت السفارة الأمريكية بدمشق تفاصيل لقاء مسؤولان بارزان في الخارجية الأمريكية مع السيدة إلهام أحمد الرئيسة التنفيذية لمجلس سوريا الديمقراطية.
وعبر تغريدة على حسابها بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي قالت السفارة الأمريكية بدمشق “إلتقى النائب الأول لمساعد وزير الخارجية جوي هود ونائب مساعد وزير الخارجية إيثان غولدريتش برئيسة اللجنة التنفيذية لـمجلس سوريا الديمقراطي إلهام أحمد.
وأشارت السفارة إلى أن اللقاء جاء لإعادة التأكيد على دعم الولايات المتحدة للاستقرار في شمال شرق سوريا ولمواصلة تقديم المساعدات في المناطق المحررة من داعش وللحل السياسي الذي يشمل جميع السوريين.
تأكيدات أمريكية
وكانت إلهام أحمد ووفد مجلس سوريا الديمقراطية قد عقد عدة اجتماعات مع مسؤولين أمريكيين ونواب بالكونجرس الأمريكي خلال الزيارة التي يقوم بها الوفد للعاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن.
وبحسب الموقع الرسمي لمجلس سوريا الديمقراطية فإن وفد المجلس المتواجد حاليا في العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن تلقي تأكيدات من مسؤولون بالبيت الأبيض حول اعتزام الولايات المتحدة وإدارة الرئيس جو بايدن الالتزام ببقاء قواتها في شمال سوريا والحفاظ على شراكتها وعلاقتها مع قوات سوريا الديمقراطية لحين القضاء على تنظيم داعش الإرهابي وفلوله وجيوبه الأخيرة ودعم استقرار المنطقة.
وخلال لقاء جمع ممثلين عن الإدارة الأمريكية بوفد مجلس سوريا الديمقراطية شدد الجانب الأمريكي على دعمه الكامل لمجلس سوريا الديمقراطية بمناطق الإدارة الذاتية ولقوات قسد الشريك العسكري لواشنطن في محاربة الإرهاب.
كما ناقش الطرفان خلال اللقاء العيد من المسائل المتعلقة بالشأن السوري وسبل التوصل إلى حل سياسي للأزمة المستمرة من أكثر من عقد من الزمن.
وفد الكونجرس
كما أجري وفد مجلس سوريا الديمقراطية لقاءات مع أعضاء بارزين في الكونجرس الأميركي كالنائب شنايدر العضو في لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بمجلس النواب والذي يعمل في اللجنة الفرعية للشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ومكافحة الإرهاب العالمي.
وكانت الولايات المتحدة قد أعلنت منذ يومين تقديم منحة مالية لدعم جهود الإدارة الذاتية بشمال وشرق سوريا فى مكافحة فيروس كورونا.
دعم مالي
وبحسب بيان رسمي قالت السفارة الأمريكية فى دمشق أنه من خلال قانون خطة الإنقاذ الأمريكية تقرر تقديم 4 ملايين دولار لاحتياجات كوفيد 19 العاجلة في شمال شرق سوريا.
ووفقا لبيان السفارة فإنه بهذه الأموال ستقوم الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية بما يلي:
١- إنشاء مصنع لتعبئة الأكسجين في الحسكة لتزويد المستشفيات والعيادات الصحية بالأكسجين الطبي.
٢- تعزيز قدرة استجابة مستشفى الحسكة الوطني لـ كوفيد19 ، بما في ذلك التدريب على إدارة حالة كوفيد-19 للموظفين ، وتحسين أقسام العزل ، وإعادة تأهيل مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي.
٣- تحسين إمكانيات التشخيص السريري لوباء #كوفيد19 ومضاعفاته، وإدارة أعراض وباء #كوفيد19 وتطبيق المعايير الأساسية لمنع العدوى والسيطرة ، من خلال تدريب العاملين في المجال الصحي.
٤- تحسين منشآت تخزين اللقاح في محافظة الحسكة
