المحكمة الاتحادية العراقية ترفض دعوى إلغاء نتائج الانتخابات

وجهت المحكمة الاتحادية العراقية، اليوم الاثنين صفعة قوية للقوى الموالية لإيران داخل العراق.
وخلال الجلسة التي عقدتها صباح اليوم، أعلنت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا العراقية، اليوم الاثنين، رفض دعوى إلغاء نتائج الانتخابات والطعن المقدم بشأن الكوتا،.
وقال القاضي: قررت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا رد دعوى عدم المصادقة على النتائج، وتحميل المشتكي كافة المصاريف.
ولم تقم المحكمة بتغيير في مقاعد النساء في الانتخابات التي رفضت الجماعات المؤيدة لإيران، والتي لم تبل بلاء حسنا فيها، قبول نتائجها.
المحكمة الاتحادية ترفض دعوي الاطار التنسيقي
وكانت قوى سياسية ممثلة للحشد الشعبي تقدمت بدعوى لإلغاء نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية التي أجريت في العاشر من أكتوبر.
وبحسب فرانس برس، قال أحد محامي مفوضية الانتخابات لفرانس برس إن هذا القرار لا يعني مصادقة نتائج الانتخابات وسيكون هناك قرار آخر للمصادقة لم يحدد موعده بعد.
وأوضحت المحكمة عدم جواز الطعن إلا أمام هيئة الطعون، لتسقط بذلك دعوى ما يعرف بـ”الإطار التنسيقي” بقيادة زعيم تحالف الفتح هادي العامري.
وقالت المحكمة إن مجلس القضاء يمتلك السلطة الحصرية لحل المشاكل الناجمة عن الانتخابات، غير أنها دعت البرلمان المقبل إلى تعديل قانون الانتخابات واعتماد نظام العد والفرز اليدوي حصرا.
وكانت نتائج نهائية للانتخابات التي جرت أكتوبر الماضي أظهرت فوزا مؤكدا للكتلة البرلمانية لرجل الدين الشيعي مقتدى الصدر كأكبر كتلة، بحصوله على 73 مقعدا في البرلمان المكون من 329 مقعدا.
وبحسب النتائج فإن حزب التقدم الذي يحظى بدعم الأقلية السنية حصل على 37 مقعدا بينما حصل ائتلاف دولة القانون الذي يتزعمه رئيس الوزراء السابق نوري المالكي على 33 مقعدا والحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني على 31 مقعدا.
انتشار أمني أمام مقر المحكمة الاتحادية بالعراق
وكان عشرات المحتجين العراقيين قد توافدوا إلى محيط مبنى المحكمة الاتحادية العليا ومجلس القضاء الأعلى في العاصمة بغداد، ترقبا لإصدار القرار.
كما شهد محيط المحكمة انتشار مكثف للقوات الأمنية ، وسط تواجد لأنصار الكتل الخاسرة في الانتخابات.
وشهدت بغداد زحامات مرورية بسبب إغلاق القوات الأمنية أغلب الجسور الحيوية، ومن بينها جسر الجمهورية، وذلك بعد توافد عشرات المحتجين.
وأغلقت القوات الأمنية جميع الطرق والجسور المؤدية إلى مداخل المنطقة الخضراء بالتزامن مع احتجاجات أنصار الكتل والأحزاب المعترضة على نتائج الانتخابات .
وبالتزامن مع ذلك أقامت القوى الأمنية العراقية حائط صد لمنع المحتجين من اقتحام المنطقة الخضراء.
