تحظى برعاية عائلة الأسد.. فضيحة دولة المخدرات تلاحق النظام السوري
كشفت تقارير دولية عن فضيحة جديدة للنظام السوري بقيادة بشار الأسد.
ووفقا للتقارير فإن تجارة المخدرات التي ازدهرت في مناطق النظام بشكل كبير تحظي بدعم كبير من عائلة الأسد.
ونقلت نيويورك تايمز عن مسؤولين دوليين تأكيدهم أن المخدرات أصبحت توجه دولة ونظام بل يمكن القول إن الحكومة السورية هي من تقوم بتصديرها.
مبعوث ترامب يفجر مفاجأة عن جديدة عن نظام الأسد
وكان المبعوث الأميركي الخاص لسوريا خلال إدارة ترامب جويل ريبيرن، قد أكد في تصريحات صحفية إن الحكومة السورية هي التي تصدّر المخدرات حرفيا.
وبحسب الحرة قال ريبيرن أن أكبر عقبة في مكافحة التجارة بسوريا هي أن صناعة المخدرات تحظى بدعم دولة ليس لديها سبب وجيه للمساعدة في إغلاقها.
تصريحات مبعوث ترامب، أكدها أيضا جهاد يازجي المحرر بموقع “ذا سيريا ريبورت” الناطق باللغة الإنكليزية الذي يتتبع الاقتصاد السوري.
الكبتاغون مصدر العملة الأجنبية بسوريا
ونقلت نيويورك تايمز عن يازجي قوله إن الكبتاغون ربما أصبح أهم مصدر للعملة الأجنبية في سوريا، لافتا في الوقت نفسه إلى أن هذا لا يعني أن الإيرادات المكتسبة تعود إلى الاقتصاد، بل يتم استثمارها في الغالب في الحسابات المصرفية للمهربين وأمراء الحرب.
وبحسب نيويورك تايمز فإن صناعة المخدرات وبالتحديد أقراص الكبتاغون ازدهرت بشكل كبير على أنقاض الحرب الأهلية السورية حيث بلغت قيمتها مليارات الدولارات متجاوزة بذلك الصادرات القانونية لسوريا.
وأشارت نيويورك تايمز إلى أنه بعد أن دمرت الحرب الاقتصاد السوري، بدأت النخب السياسية والعسكرية المقربة من النظام في البحث عن طرق جديدة لكسب العملة الصعبة والالتفاف على العقوبات الأميركية.
ووجدت هذه النخب ضالتها في المخدرات في ظل امتلاك سوريا كل المقومات اللازمة لنجاح عملية الإتجار فيها، إذ يتوفر خبراء لخلط الأدوية، علاوة على مصانع لتصنيع المنتجات التي تخبأ فيها الأقراص، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية الوصول لممرات الشحن في البحر المتوسط، وطرق التهريب البرية إلى الأردن ولبنان والعراق.
وبحسب تقرير لجريدة الجارديان البريطانية فقد تنوعت التجارة غير المشروعة في سوريا ما بين “حبوب الكبتاغون” و”أكف الحشيش”، بينما اختلفت طرق تهريبها. تارة بعلب الحليب وأوراق الشاي، وأخرى ضمن لفافات الورق المقوّى وأطباق البيض وحبات الفواكه.
اعترافات من موالين للنظام السوري
لا تقتصر فضيحة المخدرات على شهادات دولية بل خرجت من قلب النظام وإعلامه، ففي سبتمبر من العام الماضي، فضحت الإعلامية الموالية لنظام الأسد فاطمة سليمان، تستره على تجارة المخدرات وتصديرها لأوروبا من داخل مناطق سيطرته في سوريا.
وكشفت “سليمان” عبر فيسبوك، أن كميات كبيرة من المخدرات تذهب إلى دول العالم عبر مرفأ اللاذقية بإشراف ميليشيات الأسد، قائلاً: “فضحتونا الله يفضحكن” وذكرت أن باخرة تجارية سورية رست قبل نحو شهرين في ميناء إيطالي، حيث عثر على متنها أكثر من 14 طناً من الحبوب المخدرة من نوع “كبتاغون”.
وفي 22 نوفمبر 2020، أحبطت إدارة الجمارك في ميناء “دمياط” المصري، محاولة تهريب كمية كبيرة من مادة الحشيش المخدر قادمة من سوريا ومتجهة إلى السودان.
ورغم الاتهامات التي يواجهها النظام من دول عربية كثيرة لكنه لم يتخذ الأخير موقفا رسميا واضحا للرد خلال السنوات الماضية، بينما اتجهت وزارة الداخلية السورية بين الفترة والأخرى إلى الإعلان عن ضبط شحنات” داخل الأراضي السورية.
وكانت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية (سانا) قد أعلنت نهاية نوفمبر الماضي عن ضبط أكثر من نصف طن من الحبوب المخدرة من نوع “كبتاغون”، ضمن شحنة معكرونة كانت معدة للتصدير إلى السعودية.
ويحظي مخدر الكبتاغون بشعبية كبيرة في السعودية، حيث يتناوله بعض الناس بغية الحصول على دفعة طاقة والبقاء مستيقظين للدراسة والعمل أو للقيادة لمسافات طويلة.
وتتباين أسعار الكبتاغون حيث تباع الإصدارات الرخيصة بسعر يقل عن دولار للحبة في سوريا، في حين تابع الحبوب عالية الجودة في السعودية تأتي مقابل 14 دولارا أو أكثر للحبة.

وكشفت نيويورك تايمز في تحقيق لها أن قسطا كبيرا من مهمة الإنتاج والتوزيع لحبوب الكبتاغون تشرف عليه الفرقة الرابعة مدرع في الجيش السوري المعروفة بوحدة النخبة التي يقودها ماهر الأسد الشقيق الأصغر لرأس النظام وأحد أقوي الرجال في سوريا.
