اغتيالات وخطف معارضين..الصراع الاستخباراتي يشتعل بين تركيا وإيران
تحدثت تقارير صحفية عن خلافات إيرانية تركية بدأت تظهر للعلن مؤخرا خاصة في أعقاب توقف ضخ كميات كبيرة من النفط والغاز الإيرانيين للأراضي التركية.
وأعلنت تركيا أمس إحباط مخطط إيراني لاغتيال رجل أعمال إسرائيلي تركي في إسطنبول، وبحسب وكالة الأناضول فقد نجح جهاز المخابرات وقوات الأمن التركية فى توقيف 14 شخصا للاشتباه في تعاونهم مع المخابرات الإيرانية لتنفيذ خطط لاختطاف معارضين إيرانيين موجودين على الأراضي التركية.
ونقلت الأناضول عن مصادر أمنية تأكيدها أن إحسان صاغلام، صاحب شركة الدفاع “باي صاغلام” والمواطن الإيراني الذي يعمل لديه مرتضى سلطان سنجاري، كانا يسعيان لاختطاف معارضين إيرانيين من تركيا.

ووفقا للأناضول، تلقى صاغلام وسنجاري تعليمات من سيد مهدي حسيني وعلي قهرماني حجي أباد، اللذين يعملان لصالح المخابرات الإيرانية.
وأشارت الوكالة التركية إلي أن صاغلام وفريقه حصلوا على 150 ألف دولار على فترات متقطعة مقابل اختطاف معارضين إيرانيين، وأن مسؤولي المخابرات الإيرانية تعهدوا بدفع مبلغ مقابل شخصيات أخرى يُخطط لاختطافها.
توقيف 14 بينهم إيرانيين فى تركيا
وعقب عملية أطلقها جهاز المخابرات والأمن تم توقيف إيرانيين اثنين و12 تركيا، وتم إحالتهم إلى السلطات القضائية، والأسبوع الماضي ، قضت محكمة تركية بسجن الموقوفين الـ14، وفي إطار التحقيقات، صدرت أيضا مذكرة ملاحقة بحق ثلاثة مواطنين إيرانيين.
وبحسب ما نشرته أحوال تركية فإنه نتيجة للأنشطة الاستخباراتية تقرر بدء الخطة بنقل المخابرات الإيرانية أسماء الأشخاص المراد اختطافهم إلى صاغلام وسنجاري، وفي المرحلة التالية تم تحديد منطقة إقامة المراد اختطافهم، حيث التقى صاغلام وسنجاري بهم وكسبوا ثقتهم.
خطف المعارضين الإيرانيين من تركيا
وكشفت المعلومات أن المعارض برتبة عقيد يعقوب حافظ، المقيم بولاية دنيزلي التركية، والذي خدم في الجيش الإيراني ضمن الأشخاص المراد اختطافهم.
واتضح أن صاغلام قام بتعذيب المهرب الذي نقل حافظ إلى تركيا من أجل الوصول إلى الأخير.
والتقى صاغلام وسنجاري بحافظ وأبلغاه بأنه ملاحق من قبل المخابرات الإيرانية كي يكسبا ثقته، وعرضا عليه تهريبه مع أسرته إلى بلد آخر، فيما وثق الرجل بهما.
وبينما كان حافظ وعائلته يفكرون في تهريبهم إلى بلد آخر عبر العراق، تبين أن المهربين سلموه إلى ضباط المخابرات الإيرانية في 17 فبراير 2019.
وأظهرت المعلومات أن سيد مهدي حسيني، الذي يعمل لصالح المخابرات الإيرانية أصدر تعليمات لإحسان صاغلام وسنجاري لاختطاف “م. ر” – الذي هرب إلى تركيا أثناء خدمته في البحرية الإيرانية – ونقله إلى إيران مقابل مليون دولار.
وفي أكتوبر 2019 تم تكليف هاكان صاغلام، العضو في فريق الخطف بالتقرب من “م. ر” الذي كان يعمل في مطعم بولاية يالوفا التركية، بحسب المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من المصادر ذاتها.
وعقب ذلك باشر هاكان العمل في نفس المطعم وكسب ود “م. ر”، وعرّفه على إحسان صاغلام وسنجاري، اللذين عرضا عليه المساعدة لتهريبه إلى الولايات المتحدة. إلا أن الخطة باءت بالفشل بعد دخول المتقاعد من القوات المسلحة التركية هوداي فيردي تشيتاك الذي كلفته المخابرات الإيرانية بخطف “م. ر” على الخط، إضافة إلى الشكوك التي راودت “م. ر”.
