ليلة سقوط أبو عمشة..كواليس الإطاحة بـ قائد ميليشيا سليمان شاه
كشفت تقارير صحفية عن كواليس الإطاحة بقائد فصيل سليمان شاه أو ما يسمي بـ العمشات الموالي لتركيا فى سوريا محمد الجاسم الشهير بـ أبو عمشة.
وبحسب موقع أورينت المقرب من المخابرات التركية، قررت اللجنة المكلفة بالتحقيق في قضايا تجاوزات فصيل (سليمان شاه) عزل قائده محمد الجاسم الملقب “أبو عمشة”، عن جميع مهامه الموكلة إليه، وعدم تسليمه شيئاً من مناصب الثورة لاحقاً، وذلك بعد الذي ثبت عليه في الدعاوى المقدمة ضده بخصوص عمليات السرقة والابتزاز والاغتيال والفساد وتجنيباً للمنطقة من احتمالات الاقتتال والدماء والفتنة.

كما قررت اللجنة عزل إخوة أبو عمشة، وليد حسين الجاسم (سيف) ومالك حسين الجاسم (أبو سراج) إضافة إلى كل من أحمد محمد خوجة وعامر عذاب المحمد وحسان خالد الصطوف (أبو صخر)، الذين ثبت تورطهم أيضاً في الدعاوى المقدمة ضد أبو عمشة.
وبحسب أورينت، فقد ذكرت اللجنة القضائية أن إحقاق العدل وإنصاف المظلومين وتعويض المتضررين هو مسؤولية أصحاب القرار والنفوذ على الأرض (شمال سوريا)، مضيفة أنه يجب منع الساحة من الانزلاق إلى الاحتكام للسلاح، وعلى الجميع حقن الدماء وحفظ الأنفس.
لجنة تحقيق ثلاثية فى انتهاكات أبوعمشة
وكانت الأيام الماضية قد شهدت تشكيل لجنة ثلاثية للتحقيق بالاتهامات الموجَّهة لهذا اللواء الذي يُعرف باسم لواء “العمشات”، وتتألف من الشيخ أحمد العلوان والشيخ عبد العليم عبد الله والشيخ موفق العمر، بعد توافق بين “عزم” والمجلس الإسلامي السوري وفعاليات محلية في شمال حلب على تشكيلها.
ولم يتضح بعد موقف “أبو عمشة” وفصيله من القرار المتخذ، غير أن أنباء غير مؤكدة انتشرت على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أفادت بعدم التسليم والانصياع للقرار.
وكشف الموقع أن أبو عمشة قام في وقت سابق، بتسليم نفسه لهذه اللجنة للتحقيق معه ومع قادة فصيله بتهم تتعلق بارتكاب جرائم وانتهاكات كثيرة.
“نموت ولا يقودنا الوسخات”
وعقب صدور الحكم أعاد ناشطون تداول تسجيل صوتي للشيخ “عبد الناصر علوان” من وجهاء حماة وواحد من أوائل الذين طالبوا بمحاكمة “أبو عمشة” وكشف جرائمه قال فيه: إن “أبو عمشة” سلط عليه وعلى جماعته الذين طالبوا بإحقاق الحق، عشرات القنوات الإعلامية التي نعتها بالعهر والفجور.
وتابع “علوان” أنهم لم يسكتوا وظلوا يحثون على إحقاق الحق وإبعاد أبو عمشة وأمثاله عن الثورة ومؤسساتها قائلاً: (نموت ولا يقودنا الوسخات).

وفي بيان له أيضاً قال الشيخ أحمد علوان: إن اللجنة كلفت من قبل غرفة عزم ممثلة بالأخ “أبي أحمد نور” والأخ “أبي أحمد فهيم” وقبول قائد فرقة سليمان شاه “محمد الجاسم ” (أبو عمشة) وتم التعهد من قبلهم بتنفيذ قرارات اللجنة حين صدورها، فاللجنة أدت ما عليها رغم الضغوط الكبيرة عليها والعراقيل التي اعترضتها وأصدرت هذا البيان، وسوف تحال الحقوق المالية والمظالم للمتابعة والنظر فيها.
فتح التحقيق مع أبو عمشة
وكان تكتّل فصائل “الجبهة الشامية” أحال ملف محمد الجاسم (أبو عمشة) إلى مفتي الجمهورية المنتخب الشيخ “أسامة الرفاعي” وذلك للتحقيق في الجرائم المنسوبة إليه وإلى إخوته الذين أصبحوا أداة لتنفيذ مخططاته الإجرامية في القتل والنهب والاتجار بالمخدرات في منطقة الشيخ حديد، ولا سيما بعد مقاطع الفيديو الأخيرة التي بثّها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أصهاره ومساعدوه.
واتُّهِم “أبو عمشة” بالاستيلاء على منازل وأراضي المدنيين في عفرين وأشجار الزيتون التي تُشتَهر بها المنطقة، إضافة إلى نقل عناصر فرقته عائلاتهم إلى منطقة الشيخ حديد وتسليمهم المنازل المسيطَر عليها، كما اتُّهم بتنفيذ عمليات قتل واغتيال طالت معارضيه ومنتقدي تصرفاته، ولا سيما القيادي (زهير أمنيّة).
فضائح سابقة
وبحسب شريط مصوّر انتشر بوقت سابق على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، كشف خلاله شخص عرّف عن نفسه على أنه (نسيب/صهر أبو عمشة)، عن سلسلة من الفضائح تتعلق بعمليات ابتزاز وخطف وبيع للسلاح واتّجار بالمخدرات قام بها أبو عمشة وفصيله، حيث لم يقتصر الأمر على الأراضي السورية، بل امتدَّ إلى الأراضي الليبية أيضاً.
وقال الشاب (محمد العمار ابن أبو رشاد) في الشريط المصور: إن “أبو عمشة طالب والد الشاب المدعو (أبو رشاد) بمبلغ 200 ألف دولار أمريكي كـ (إتاوة/خوّة)، وعند الرفض نشب خلاف بين الاثنين، وانتهى بقيام أبو عمشة بزج والد الشاب في السجن.
ولم يكتفِ بذلك بل قام بزجّ إخوته وأقاربه وأولاد عمه في السجن أيضاً، أما الشاب الذي ظهر في الشريط فقد كان يقاتل في ليبيا خلال تلك الفترة، حيث تواصلَ معه شخص يدعى (علي مداهين) وطالبه بالقدوم إلى قيادة فصيله، بحجة وجود اجتماع، كما طالبه برفض أي أمر يقوله الضباط الأتراك لهم.
من أبو عمشة؟
هو (محمد الجاسم) الملقب بـ (أبو عمشة) من مواليد قرية جوصة التابعة لمنطقة حيالين بريف حماة الشمالي عام 1985، وهو أحد أكثر الشخصيات إثارة للجدل، إذ إنه تحوّل بين ليلة وضحاها من سائق لجرارات الحراثة (تراكتور) والحصادات الزراعية قبل اندلاع الثورة السورية، إلى أحد أبرز قادة الجيش الوطني وصاحب السيارات والمرافقات وغيرها.
ولم يقتصر عمل (الجاسم) داخل سوريا فقط، بل امتدت أنشطته وأعماله إلى خارج الحدود، حيث سبق أن تعهد باستقبال ”خنساء حوران” المقيمة في الأردن، والتي كانت على وشك الترحيل، كما امتدت أنشطته لتصل إلى الكاميرون، حيث نشر أحد الحسابات ويحمل اسم (سلامة الحسين) تغريدة على تويتر تضمنت شريطاً مصوراً لتوزيع مساعدات قيل إنها في دولة الكاميرون، وقد علّق الحساب على الشريط قائلاً: “توزيع مساعدات على المدنيين في دولة الكاميرون من قبل قائد لواء سليمان شاه محمد الجاسم أبو عمشة”.
