لا سلام دون محاسبة..منظمات سورية تطالب واشنطن بالتحقيق فى مجزرة التضامن

طالبت أكثر من 12 جماعة حقوقية سورية في خطاب إلى مبعوثة الولايات المتحدة لدى الأمم المتحدة، بفتح تحقيق في مقتل 41 مدنياً في حي التضامن بالعاصمة السورية دمشق عام 2013، في مجزرة عادت إلى الواجهة بعد أن انتشرت فيديوهات جديدة توثق الحادثة.
جاء في الخطاب الموجه إلى ليندا توماس غرينفلد، وفقاً لما نشره موقع موقع Middle East Eye البريطاني الثلاثاء 10 مايو 2022: “نطالب باتخاذ إجراء فوري بخصوص هذه المجزرة، التي ترقى إلى مستوى جريمة حرب، ومحاسبة الجناة أمام مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة”.
كما دعت هذه الجماعات الحقوقية الولايات المتحدة إلى عقد اجتماع في مجلس الأمن الدولي أثناء رئاستها له في مايو، وفتح تحقيق مستقل في هذا الحادث.
جاء في الخطاب: “لا سلام في سوريا دون محاسبة”.

مجزرة التضامن
يأتي هذا النداء بعد أسبوعين تقريباً من نشر صحيفة The Guardian تقريراً عن مقطع فيديو مسرب يُظهر أدلة على جرائم ارتكبتها القوات السورية بحق المدنيين.
يُظهر المقطع مدنيين معصوبي الأعين ومقيدي الأيدي يُؤمرون بالركض نحو حفرة أمامهم مباشرة في حي التضامن، إحدى ضواحي دمشق الجنوبية التي كانت في ذلك الوقت جبهة قتال بين قوات الحكومة السورية وقوات المعارضة.

ويظهر في المقطع أيضاً ضباطاً من شعبة الاستخبارات العسكرية السورية في الفرع 227 سيئ السمعة وهم يبتسمون ويضحكون أثناء قتلهم للمدنيين قبل أن يسكبوا البنزين على جثثهم في الحفرة ويشعلوا النار بها لإخفاء الأدلة.
وفقاً لصحيفة The Guardian، فقد سجل مجند عسكري هذا الحادث المروع وسرب المقطع، الذي يحمل تاريخ 16 أبريل عام 2013، إلى صديق له في فرنسا أرسله بعد ذلك إلى الباحثين أنصار شاهود وأوغور أوميت أونغور، من مركز الهولوكوست والإبادة الجماعية في جامعة أمستردام.
قال أنصار شاهود وأوغور أوميت أونغور: “لم نرَ من قبل دليلاً واضحاً كهذا على جريمة حرب ارتكبت وسُجلت على أيدي أجهزة استخبارات الأسد في وضح النهار، وبدم بارد، دون أي اعتبار لآدمية الضحايا أو القلق من العواقب”.
وقد سبب هذا المقطع صدمة لكثير من السوريين، إذ تعرفت بعض العائلات على أقاربهم وهم يُعدمون في المشهد المصور.
