واشنطن:بوتين يخطط لحرب طويلة وسيلجأ للسلاح النووي فى هذه الحالة
حذرت أفريل هاينز مديرة الاستخبارات الوطنية الأميركية، ، اليوم الثلاثاء، من أن الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين، قد يفرض الأحكام العرفية في روسيا لدعم حربه على أوكرانيا، مشيرة إلى أنه قد يستخدم الأسلحة النووية حال واجه النظام الروسي تهديدا وجوديا.
وخلال جلسة استماع أمام لجنة القوات المسلحة في مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي، قالت هاينز، إن أهداف بوتين تتجاوز إمكانيات روسيا العسكرية، وأنه “لا يعتزم التوقف في دونباس ويخطط لحرب طويلة”، مشيرة إلى أن ذلك “يعني ذلك على الأرجح بأننا سنتحرك في الأشهر القليلة المقبلة على مسار يصعب التنبؤ به بشكل أكبر ويحتمل أن يكون تصعيديا أكثر”.

وأضافت: “قد يفرض بوتين الأحكام العرفية في روسيا ويعمل على تصعيد العمل العسكري إذا ما رأى أنه يخسر، كما نرى تحركا روسيا للثأر من العقوبات الغربية على روسيا وعرقلة مسار الدعم الغربي لأوكرانيا”، مشيرة إلى أن الرئيس الروسي “يعول على تراجع عزيمة الغرب في دعم أوكرانيا”.
وتابعت: “كذلك، إذا رأى بوتين أن الولايات المتحدة تتغاضى عن تهديداته فقد يأمر بتمرين نووي كبير، قد يستخدم فيه صواريخ عابرة للقارات وغواصات استراتيجية، حيث لا نزال نعتقد أن بوتين قد يستخدم السلاح النووي، إذا ما رأى تهديدا وجوديا للنظام الروسي”.
نظام عالمي جديد
وخلال الجلسة ذاتها قال مدير وكالة الاستخبارات العسكرية الأميركية، سكوت بيريير، إن روسيا استخدمت قدراتها العسكرية، لانتهاك سيادة أوكرانيا وفرض نظام عالمي جديد.
وكشف أن التقديرات تشير إلى مقتل ما بين ثمانية إلى عشرة جنرالات روس في أوكرانيا، مضيفا “قد نرى تحولا في الحرب الروسية على أوكرانيا بسبب انهيار الروح المعنوية للجنود الروس”.
وأكد بيريير، أن روسيا لجأت إلى أساليب عشوائية ووحشية رداً على المقاومة الأوكرانية.
لكنه رأى أن روسيا تعتبر السلاح النووي أداة للتخويف والإخضاع، وأنه ليس هناك مؤشر على استخدام بوتين للقدرات النووية حتى الآن، في وقت حذر فيه، من أن الصين تواصل توسيع ترساتنها النووية.
وحذر من أن “القدرات النووية الروسية والصينية تمثل مشكلة للقيادة الاستراتيجية في الولايات المتحدة”.
