إقليم كردستان : حزب الله وراء الهجوم الأخير على أربيل
أعلن مجلس أمن إقليم كردستان العراق أن الطائرة المسيرة المفخخة التي استهدف مدينة أربيل، الأربعاء، موجهة من قبل كتائب حزب الله في بلدة التون كوبري (جنوبي شرق أربيل).
وأضاف بيان المجلس أن هذا الهجوم يأتي استمرارا للهجمات التي نفذت للضغط على إقليم كردستان، وأشار إلى أنه “بعد الهجوم أفادت عدة مواقع رسمية تابعة لقوة إقليمية، باستهداف سيارة للموساد الإسرائيلي ومقتل شخص واحد”.
ووصف المجلس هذه الأقوال بالأكاذيب التي لا تمر على أهالي أربيل والمنطقة الذين شاهدوا مكان الهجوم ونوعه وتداعياته بأعينهم.

وأكد أن إقليم كردستان لن يكون أبدًا في موقف يهدد الدول الإقليمية، مطالبا هذه الدول باحترام سيادة الإقليم وشعبه.
كان ثلاثة أشخاص أصيبوا خلال الساعات الماضية، بجروح بهجوم طائرة مسيّرة وقع على طريق سريع رئيسي في محيط مدينة أربيل، كما أسفر عن أضرار مادية في السيارات أيضاً.
والموقع الذي انفجرت فيه المسيّرة يبعد ثلاثة كيلومترات من مبنى جديد للقنصلية الأميركية لا يزال قيد الإنشاء، كما يبعد مئات الأمتار من قنصلية دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدّة ومقر أمني تابع لقوات الأسايش، أي قوات الأمن الداخلي في الإقليم المتمتع بحكم ذاتي والواقع في شمال العراق.
وذكر البيان أن “طائرة مسيرة مفخخة انفجرت عند الساعة 9:35 مساء على طريق بيرمام في أربيل”. وأضاف “أدى ذلك إلى إصابة ثلاثة مواطنين بجروح طفيفة، فيما تعرّض مطعم وعدة سيارات لأضرار مادية”.

وشهدت أربيل في العام الأخير عدّة هجمات مماثلة، غالبيتها لم تتبنها أي جهة.
ومطلع مايو، سقطت ستة صواريخ كاتيوشا في منطقة مجاورة لمصفاة نفط في محافظة أربيل، كما استُهدفت المصفاة نفسها الواقعة على بعد حوالى 20 كيلومتراً شمال غرب أربيل، ومطلع أبريل بهجوم بثلاثة صواريخ كاتيوشا، لم تعلن أي جهة مسؤوليتها عنه.
لكن الهجوم الأعنف كان بـ12 صاروخاً باليستياً تبناه الحرس الثوري الإيراني، على أهداف في أربيل في كردستان العراق، قال إنه استهدف “مركزاً استراتيجياً إسرائيليا”، فيما تنفي سلطات الإقليم باستمرار وجود أي مواقع إسرائيلية على أراضيها.
وأدّى هذا الهجوم إلى أضرار كبيرة بمنزلٍ للشيخ باز كريم، المدير التنفيذي لشركة كار، وهي شركة نفطية كبرى.
كذلك، شهدت البلاد مطلع العام تصاعداً في الهجمات الصاروخية والهجمات بالمسيرات المفخخة تزامناً مع الذكرى الثانية لمقتل قائد فيلق القدس السابق قاسم سليماني، ونائب رئيس الحشد الشعبي أبو مهدي المهندس.
وغالباً ما تُنسب هذه الهجمات إلى فصائل عراقية موالية لإيران.
ما هي كتائب حزب الله؟
تعد هذه الكتائب هي الميليشيا الرئيسية في العراق، وتعمل تحت القيادة المباشرة لإيران وتنشر مجموعة واسعة من الخلايا المسؤولة عن العمليات الحركية والإعلامية والاجتماعية، بعضها ممول من الدولة العراقية، بحسب موقع معهد واشنطن لدراسات الشرق الأدنى.
تشكّلت من اندماج “جماعات خاصة” يديرها فيلق القدس التابع للحرس الثوري الإيراني في الفترة 2005-2007. وأدرجتها الولايات المتحدة في عام 2009 ضمن قائمة “المنظمات الإرهابية العالمية الخاضعة لإدراج خاص” لمهاجمتها القوات الأمريكية وزعزعة استقرار العراق.
وبحسب المعهد، هي الفصيل الأكثر نفوذاً في قوات الحشد الشعبي العراقية، وتسيطر على الإدارات الرئيسة (رئاسة الأركان، والأمن، والاستخبارات، والصواريخ، والأسلحة المضادة للدروع).
وأكد المعهد أنه توجد أدلة موثقة تظهر أن كتائب حزب الله تنفّذ إجراءات محددة بموجب تعليمات فيلق القدس أو توجيهاته أو تحت سيطرته. كما تزودها طهران بالمساعدة المالية والعسكرية وتشاطر معها المعلومات الاستخباراتية، فضلاً عن المساعدة في اختيار قيادتها ودعمها والإشراف عليها.
وتدير هذه الكتائب “مجلس شورى” يتألّف من 5 إلى 7 أعضاء، بمَن فيهم “مراقب” خارجي من فيلق القدس أو حزب الله اللبناني. وتشغل الألوية 45 و46 و47 التابعة لقوات الحشد الشعبي التي تموّلها الدولة.
