بوتين يستعين بـ المجرمين..تجنيد مرتكبي الجرائم الخطيرة للقتال فى أوكرانيا
كشفت وسائل إعلام روسية أن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين وقَّع قانوناً يسمح بتجنيد مرتكبي الجرائم الخطيرة.
وقالت وكالة إنترفاكس للأنباء اليوم الجمعة، إن القانون يستثني المُدانين بارتكاب جرائم الاعتداء الجنسي على أطفال أو الخيانة أو التجسس أو الإرهاب.
انتهاء التعبئة
في الوقت نفسه، نقلت الوكالة عن بوتين القول، الجمعة، إن روسيا انتهت من تعبئة 318 ألف فرد للخدمة في القوات المسلحة.
وكان بوتين قد أعلن، في 21 سبتمبر،”تعبئة جزئية” في ظل تعرض قوات بلاده لسلسلة من الانتكاسات العسكرية في أوكرانيا. وقال وزير الدفاع الروسي سيرجي شويجو إن الخطوة ستشهد استدعاء 300 ألف من جنود الاحتياط للخدمة.
وكان الكرملين قد قال الخميس، إن بوتين أمر بصرف 195 ألف روبل (3200 دولار)، لمرة واحدة، للجنود المتعاقدين وأولئك الذين تم استدعاؤهم للقتال في أوكرانيا.
والأسبوع الماضي، قالت موسكو إن حملة “التعبئة الجزئية” لنحو 300 ألف من جنود الاحتياط قد انتهت، لكنها أقرت بأن مشاكل شابتها.
احتجاجات
واعتُقل أكثر من ألفي شخص في احتجاجات، وسط حالة استياء عامة بسبب استدعاء رجال للقتال، رغم أنه ينبغي إعفاؤهم لأسباب طبية، وكذلك بسبب افتقارهم إلى أي خبرة عسكرية.
وفي مرسوم نُشر على موقع الكرملين على الإنترنت، الخميس، قال بوتين إن المبلغ يهدف إلى “اتخاذ تدابير إضافية للدعم الاجتماعي للجنود المتعاقدين الذين تم استدعاؤهم، دون الخوض في تفاصيل أخرى.
يُذكر أن الحد الأدنى للأجر الشهري الذي يُعرض على الجنود المتعاقدين هو 160 ألف روبل (2700 دولار)، وهو ما يقرب من ثلاثة أضعاف متوسط الأجور في روسيا.
