كشفت تقارير تركية عن أزمة كبيرة يعاني منها حزب العدالة والتنمية الحاكم بتركيا على خلفية زيارة قام بها وفد من حزب أردوغان لمقر حزب الشعوب الديمقراطي المحسوب على الأكراد.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام فإن حزب العدالة والتنمية التركي أصبح يتقلب بين أزمة وأخرى منذ حركة الانشقاق التي هزّت كيان الحزب الذي يحكم تركيا منذ نحو عقدين بخلع قادة من الصف الأول بينهم أحمد داود أوغلو عباءة الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان بعد خلافات على السياسات وإدارة الملف الاقتصادي وعلاقات تركيا الخارجية ونزعة الاستبداد التي يبديها الرئيس داخل الحزب وفي إدارة الدولة.
ويري مراقبون أن الأزمة الأخيرة التي تعصف بحزب أردوغان تشير إلى حالة من الاضطراب بينما يستعد لخوض الانتخابات الرئاسية والتشريعية برصيد من النكسات السياسية والاقتصادية.

وتشير تفاصيل الأزمة الناشئة في صفوف حزب العدالة والتنمية إلى خلافات تفجرت على إثر قيام وفد من الحزب بزيارة مكتب الكتلة البرلمانية لحزب الشعوب الديمقراطي ولقاء عدد من أعضائه، في حركة سياسية أثارت الاستغراب في توقيتها ومضامينها خاصة وان الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان يتهم الشعوب الديمقراطي باستمرار بالارتباط بحزب العمال الكردستاني المصنف تنظيما إرهابيا، متخذا من هذه الصلة المفترضة ذريعة للزج بكثيرين من أعضاء الحزب في السجون.
كما يسعى بدعم من حليفه حزب الحركة القومية لحظر الحزب الموالي للأكراد الذي تعتبره أنقرة واجهة سياسية لحزب العمال الكردستاني الذي يخوض حربا ضد الدولة التركية منذ عقود مطالبا بحكم ذاتي للأقلية الكردية في تركيا.
خزان انتخابي
وثمة شق داعم للخطوة التي قام بها وفد من الحزب باعتبار أن للشعوب الديمقراطي خزان انتخابي مهم من شأنه أن يكون مؤثرا في الانتخابات المرتقبة وقد تذهب أصواته للمعارضة وبالتالي وجب احتواؤه واستقطابه، بينما يرفضها شق آخر باعتبار أنها تتناقض مع خط العدالة والتنمية وتوحي بقبول لأجندة الحزب الموالي للأكراد.

براجماتية أردوغان
وكشفت تلك الخطوة أيضا عن الجانب البراغماتي الذي يعتمده العدالة والتنمية لتعزيز حظوظه في الانتخابات القادمة حتى لو اضطر للتحالف مع من يصفه بـ”العدو” ومن كان يعمل إلى وقت قريب على محوه من الخارطة السياسية التركية.
ويرى محمد متينر البرلماني السابق عن العدالة والتنمية وهو أيضا كاتب في صحيفة ‘يني شفق’ المقربة من الحكومة، أن الوقت قد حان ليغير حزب الرئيس أردوغان لهجته ونهجه تجاه الحزب الكردي في حال قرر الاجتماع معه مرة أخرى ليحصل على دعمه.
ومتينر الذي يعبر إلى حد كبير عن وجهة نظر الحزب، نبّه في المقابل إلى أن “الزيارة المشار إليها ستثير أزمة بالنسبة للحزب الحاكم”، مضيفا أن “اتهام الحزب الكردي بأنه الذارع السياسي لتنظيم إرهابي والمطالبة بحظره وفي الوقت نفسه الاجتماع به على خلفية التعديلات الدستورية بشأن الحجاب، يشكل أزمة جديدة للحزب”.
وتابع “كل تصريح سيدلي به العدالة والتنمية بشأن الحزب الكردي بعد الآن ستكون هذه الزيارة محط نظر”.
صفقة محتملة
وأي توجه من حزب الرئيس التركي لاستقطاب الحزب الكردي تنطوي حتما على تسويات في الغرف المغلقة قد تشمل وقف السلطة الملاحقات القضائية بحق أعضاء الشعوب الديمقراطي والإفراج عن المعتقلين السياسيين من أعضاء الحزب وبينهم الرئيس السابق صلاح الدين ديمرطاش والتخلي عن الدعوى القضائية لحظر الحزب وحله.
وتبقى الصفقة المحتملة مجرد تكهنات بالنظر إلى أن حزب الشعوب الديمقراطي لم يحدد بعد مع أي جهة سيصطف: مع المعارضة أم مع الحزب الحاكم.
وكان الهدف المعلن للزيارة التي قام بها وفد من حزب العدالة والتنمية الحاكم برئاسة وزير العدل بكر بوزداغ، إلى الكتل البرلمانية لأحزاب الحركة القومية والشعب الجمهوري والخير والشعوب الديمقراطي الكردي، هو شرح التعديلات الدستورية التي تم إعدادها في ما يتعلق قضية الحجاب.
وفي العادة لا يجري الحزب الحاكم مثل هذه المشاورات في قضايا محسومة سلفا بالنسبة إليه على اعتبار أنه إلى جانب حليفه حزب الحركة القومية يمتلك الغالبية البرلمانية التي تتيح له تمرير تشريعات أو مقترحات لتعديل الدستور.
