محكمة عراقية تلاحق ترامب والكاظمي فى مقتل سليماني والمهندس
أكدت تقارير صحفية أن أحد إخوة النائب السابق لرئيس هيئة الحشد الشعبي، أبو مهدي المهندس، رفع دعوى ضد رئيس الوزراء العراقي السابق وأحد المسؤولين السابقين مصطفي الكاظمي في الاستخبارات العراقية، يتهمهما بالتورط في قتل أخيه في مطلع العام 2020.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام، رفعت الدعوى في يوم (27 تشرين الثاني 2022) من قبل محمد حسن جعفر، وهو أخو أبو مهدي المهندس، مع 71 مشتكياً آخر، وقدمت لمحكمة تحقيق الكرخ الثالثة في بغداد.
وإلى جانب الرئيس الأميركي السابق دونالد ترمب، ووزير الخارجية الأميركية السابق مايك بومبيو، والسفيرة الأميركية الحالية في بغداد، تتهم الدعوى كلاً من مصطفى الكاظمي بصفته الرئيس السابق لجهاز الاستخبارات العراقي، والوكيل السابق للعمليات في الجهاز، اللواء ضياء الموسوي.
وأسفر قصف أميركي في (3 كانون الثاني 2020) لموقع بالقرب من مطار بغداد الدولي عن قتل كل من النائب السابق لهيئة الحشد الشعبي، أبو مهدي المهندس، والقائد السابق لفيلق القدس التابع للحرس الثوري الإيراني، قاسم سليماني.
وصرح ممثل المشتكين، أحمد الصحاف، لشبكة رووداو الإعلامية بأن قاضي التحقيق أخذ أقوال المدعين بعد تسلم الدعوى منهم وأن “فريقاً من المحامين يتابع الدعوى والإجراءات التي تتبعها المحكمة”.
واتهمت الدعوى كلاً من مصطفى الكاظمي وضياء الموسوي بالتعاون مع المسؤولين الأميركيين في تنفيذ الضربة الجوية التي وقعت بالقرب من مطار بغداد الدولي.
ويأتي هذا بعد أن أصدرت محكمة عراقية في (2 تشرين الثاني 2022) أمراً بالقبض على ضياء الموسوي المتواجد حالياً خارج العراق، بتهمة التورط في فساد.
