لماذا يصر أردوغان على احتلال الشمال السوري بأكمله؟

لقد قيل الكثير في هذا المجال. وأغلب ما قيل هو صحيح. لكن هناك هدف مخفي وراء إصرار أردوغان لاحتلال الشمال السوري، وهو إعادة إنعاش داعش لإقامة دويلة إسلامية من جديد في شمال سوريا وفي أجزاء من العراق.
تثبت كل المعطيات العلنية والسرية بأن داعش صنعة تركية بامتياز. وما كان الداعشيون قادرون على إقامة دولتهم الإسلامية المتطرفة لولا الدعم المباشر من الحكومة التركية.

صحيح أن داعش لهم أيدلوجيتهم المستقلة عن أيدلوجية أردوغان، لكنهم كانوا على قناعة بأنهم لن يستطيعوا تأسيس هذه الدولة واستمراريتها بدون التحالف مع الحكومة التركية.
الميثاق الملي
وبمعزل عن أيدولوجية الداعش كانت للحكومة التركية مخططاً أبعد من تفكير الداعشيين. أرادت الحكومة التركية إيجاد حليف قوي وشرس في سوريا والعراق وتسليطه على كل من يعارض أحلام أردوغان في إحياء “الميثاق الملي كمشروع جديد”.
لم تستطع حكومة دمشق الوقوف أمام المد الداعشي. كانت تتجنبه غالباً. وكانت تدرك أن المعارك مع داعش ستجلب لها خسائر مميتة. كما لم تستطع الحكومة العراقية وحكومة إقليم كردستان الوقوف أمام المد الداعشي. لقد ألحق الداعشيون هزيمة ماحقة بهم جميعاً.
أدرك أردوغان أن هناك حجرة عثرة واحدة أمام ” مشروعه الملي الجديد” وهي وحدات حماية الشعب والمرأة الكردية. فأوعز للداعشيين بالقضاء على هذه القوات واحتلال كامل المناطق الكردية، وخاصة مدية كوباني. لكن ما حدث لم يكن في خيال أردوغان. فقد أصيب داعش في كوباني بهزيمة نكراء.
انتصار كوباني
وفتح انتصار كوباني الطريق أمام انهيار الدولة الإسلامية عندما استطاعت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية المؤلفة من كل القوميات السورية القضاء عليها باغوز.
وهكذا انهار المخطط التركي الذي لم تستطع الحكومة العراقية والسورية إفشاله.
علينا أن نتصور ماذا كان سيحدث لو نجح داعش في كوباني. لترسخت دولة داعش الحليف القوي لأردوغان. وكان بإمكان أردوغان حينئذ أن يفرض إرادته على الحكومة السورية والعراقية وعلى إقليم كردستان العراق.
الأهم من ذلك لاستطاع فرض إرادته على الحكومات الأوروبية والأمريكية والروسية والتي كانت ستخشى عندئذ أن يستخدم أردوغان جهادي داعش ضدها في قلب بلدانها.
لماذا يكره أردوغان كرد سوريا؟
إن حقد أردوغان على قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وعلى كرد سوريا خاصة هو أضعاف وأضعاف حقده على حزب العمال الكردستاني. وبالتالي فمساعي أردوغان للقضاء على الإدارة الذاتية في شمال سوريا وعلى قوات سوريا الديمقراطية ليس لأسباب انتخابية فقط، وليس للقضاء على أمل كرد سوريا بالحصول على حقوقهم ضمن الدولة السورية فقط، ولا ضد حزب العمال الكردستاني، وإنما لأن كرد سوريا قطعوا الطريق أمام حلم أردوغان في تحقيق مشروعه “الملي الجديد”.
عندما يقول أردوغان والساسة الترك عامة أن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية تهدد الأمن القومي التركي، فهم مصيبون من ناحيتهم. لأنهم يقصدون بمصطلح “الأمن القومي التركي” مشروعهم الملي لاقتطاع أجزاء من سوريا والعراق وضمها لتركيا. أما الآخرون من بعض الكرد والعرب والحكومات الغربية، وأحياناً السورية والعراقية والإيرانية الذين يتباكون على “الأمن القومي التركي” فهم يدعمون المشروع “الملي الجديد” لأردوغان من حيث يدرون أو لا يدرون.

إن إصرار أردوغان والساسة الأتراك لاحتلال كامل الشمال السوري هدفه إعادة مشروع الدولة الداعشية بطريقة جديدة. فلو استطاع أردوغان القضاء على الإدارة الذاتية وقوات سوريا الديمقراطية من خلال تواطؤ الدول الكبرى مثل أمريكا وروسيا، وتواطؤ الحكومة السورية لقصر نظرها الوطني، فإن أردوغان سيعيد إنشاء دويلة إسلامية في شمال سوريا. وقد تكون جبهة النصرة هي نموذج الدولة الإسلامية الجديدة. وستتمكن الحكومة التركية حينئذ التحكم بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وتحقيق المشروع “الملي الجديد”.
لقد فرضت الأحداث في سوريا والشرق الأوسط عامة مهمة تاريخية على عاتق قوات سوريا الديمقراطية أبعد من المهمة التي تشكلت من أجلها. وبالتالي فمن الواجب الوطني أن يقف جميع السوريين ضد الغزو التركي الجديد. كما على الحكومة السورية عدم الاصطياد في المياه العكرة على حساب الوطن. ومن واجب جميع الحكومات العربية وكذلك الغربية الوقوف ضد هذا الغز لإفشال المخطط التركي. لأنه لو تحقق سيصبح كارثة على الجميع.
