الإدارة الذاتية تتهم دمشق بعرقلة عودة اللاجئين السوريين من السودان

اتهمت الإدارة الذاتية لشمال شرق سوريا، الحكومة السورية بعرقلة عودة السوريين من السودان، مطالبة دمشق بفتح أبوابها لعودة آمنة للسوريين.
وقالت دائرة العلاقات الخارجية في الإدارة عبر بيان، اليوم الجمعة (2 أيار 2023)، إن الحكومة السورية تقوم “بفرض شروط تعجيزية على المواطنين الراغبين بالعودة إلى مناطق شمال شرق سوريا”، إلى جانب “التضليل الإعلامي الممارس والبعيد عن الحقيقة”.
وذكرت أن لجانها المختصة “أبدت عزمها على ترتيب رحلات أخرى لإجلاء المزيد من مواطنينا العالقين في السودان وإيصالهم إلى قامشلو إلا أن التحديات كانت أكبر حالت دون تنفيذها”، وذلك إثر “عراقيل” من جانب دمشق.
وبلغ إجمالي المواطنين السوريين الذين أجلتهم الإدارة الذاتية من السودان 369 مواطناً من روجآفا، بحسب البيان.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام كردية، جاء نص البيان:” استطاعت الإدارة الذاتية لشمال وشرق سوريا ممثلة بدائرة العلاقات الخارجية إجلاء 369 من مواطني شمال وشرق سوريا من السودان نتيجة حالة الحرب الدائرة هناك عبر ثلاث رحلات قد تم الإعلان عنها في بيانات رسمية صدرت من دائرة العلاقات الخارجية بناء على مسؤولياتها الإنسانية والأخلاقية والوطنية ونداء أهالينا العالقين هناك والكثير منهم كانوا من الأطفال والنساء وعدد من الجثامين العالقين رغم التحديات والعقبات التي واجهت اللجان المشكلة لهذه الغاية .
أبدت اللجان المختصة عزمها على ترتيب رحلات أخرى لإجلاء المزيد من مواطنينا العالقين في السودان وإيصالهم إلى قامشلو إلا أن التحديات كانت أكبر حالت دون تنفيذها نتيجة عراقيل أبدتها جهات مسؤولة من النظام السوري بفرض شروط تعجيزية على المواطنين الراغبين بالعودة إلى مناطق شمال شرق سوريا ناهيكم عن التضليل الإعلامي الممارس والبعيد عن الحقيقة والواقع عن طريق مؤسسات إعلامية مقربة من النظام السوري والتي ذكرت وبحسب إدعائها وعلى لسان دبلوماسي رفيع المستوى من الخارجية السورية بأن الحكومة السورية استطاعت تأمين رحلتين مجانيتين عبر شركة أجنحة الشام السورية آخرها كانت تحمل 170 شخصاً وصلوا الى مطار دمشق . والحقيقة عكس ذلك تماماً حيث أن اللجان المشكلة من قبل دائرة العلاقات كانت قد رتبت هذه الرحلة واتفقت مع شركة أجنحة الشام الخاصة لإيصالهم إلى مطار قامشلو إلا أن السلطات في دمشق قد منعت الشركة من إيصال العالقين الى قامشلو وقامت بتنزيلهم في مطار دمشق لتمارس التضليل الإعلامي على حساب الحالة الإنسانية للمواطنين السوريين ومنعت ترتيب أية رحلات أخرى من قبل الشركة التي اتفقت معها الادارة الذاتية لإجلاء مواطنين آخرين عالقين في أتون الحرب السودانية.
في الوقت الذي يتطلب من النظام السوري تقديم ضمانات وتسهيلات لعودة اللاجئين السوريين الى وطنهم لانهاء معاناة شعبنا في الشتات وهي تتحمل المسوؤلية بالدرجة الاولى في عرقلة عودة السوريين الى مناطقهم الاصلية وهي الان مطالبة بفتح ابوابها لعودة السوريين الى مناطقهم بشكل امن وضامن لحقوهم وكرامتهم.
وفي الوقت الذي نؤكد فيه عزم دائرة العلاقات الخارجية لشمال شرق سوريا القيام بمسؤولياتها الإنسانية تجاه مواطنيها العالقين في السودان أذا ما استطاعت تذليل هذه العقبات مع شكرنا الخاص لكل الجهات التي تعاونت مع الإدارة الذاتية في إجلاء مواطنيها.
