بعد الفشل في إسقاط أردوغان..ما المطلوب من المعارضة التركية بعد الانتخابات ؟

لأول مرة في تاريخ تركيا، تصل الانتخابات الرئاسية إلي مرحلة الإعادة بعد أن نجحت المعارضة التركية في توحيد صفوفها ولم شمل أحزابها على طاولة واحدة خلف مرشح واحد..فهل تنجح المعارضة التركية في الحفاظ على وحدتها وتنسيق مواقفها فى مواجهة نظام أردوغان أم تعود لدوامة الخلافات والتخندق الحزبي وتخسر ما أنجزته خلال معركة الانتخابات ؟
وتدخل تركيا بعد 8 أشهر من الآن، استحقاق انتخابي جديد يتمثل في الانتخابات البلدية التي ستمثل أول تحد للمعارضة التركية عقب فشلها في إسقاط نظام رجب طيب أردوغان.
ويخشي البعض من تأثير خسارة مرشح المعارضة في الانتخابات الرئاسية على تماسك القوى والأحزاب المناهضة لنظام أردوغان في تركيا خاصة فى ظل تقارير تتحدث عن خلافات داخل حزب الشعب الجمهوري الذى يتزعمه كمال كليجدار أوغلو المرشح الخاسر فى الانتخابات.
وبحسب تقارير صحفية، هناك دعوات داخل حزب الشعب تطالب كمال كليجدار بـ”الاستقالة، وترك القيادة لجيل الوسط، خاصة أكرم إمام أوغلو ومنصور يافاش”.
ويري مراقبون أن المعارضة التركية مطالبة بمنح صلاحيات وسلطات أوسع للقيادات الشابة من أجل الحفاظ على مستوى الزخم الذى حققته فى الانتخابات الرئاسية ولجذب كتلة الشباب التركي لصفوفها.
معركة البلديات
ويري د. أسامة السعيد خبير الشؤون التركية أن المعارضة التركية حققت مجموعة من المكاسب خلال الانتخابات يجب البناء عليها والاستعداد لبقية الاستحقاقات القادمة خاصة مع اقتراب الانتخابات البلدية.
وقال السعيد “على المعارضة التركية استغلال الزخم الذى خرحت به من الانتخابات الرئاسية والتحرك بقوة واستغلال تراجع شعبية حزب العدالة والتنمية فى الانتخابات البرلمانية الأخيرة التي انخفض فيها عدد المقاعد التي حصل عليها بنسبة 7%.”
وأشار إلي أن “العدالة والتنمية سيدخل الانتخابات البلدية المقبلة فى محاولة لشحن الرصيد الشعبي الذى فقده فى الانتخابات البرلمانية نظرا لما تحظي به معركة البلديات من اهتمام كبير فى الداخل التركي خاصة فى البلديات الكبرى مثل أنقرة واسطنبول، لافتا إلي أن الحزب لم ينسي خسارته لرئاسة إسطنبول لصالح المعارضة رغم تدخل أردوغان وإعادة الانتخابات لمنع فوز المعارضة التي نجحت رغم كل ذلك فى حصد المنصب”.
ويعتقد الباحث أن “المعارضة التركية تعلمت ووعت درسا مهما للغاية من الانتخابات الرئاسية وأصبح لديها إدراك واضح أن التماسك وتحقيق حد أدني من التوافق بين الأحزاب القوية يمكن أن يجعلها فى موقف أفضل مع حزب العدالة والتنمية، لافتا إلي أن الوصول لمرحلة الاعادة فى الانتخابات الرئاسية لاول مرة فى التاريخ التركي انجاز لا يستهان به”.
مضيفا إن ” المعارضة حققت أيضا تقدما على مسار الانتخابات البرلمانية حيث حصدت مقاعد أكبر فى البرلمان وهو ما سيمكنها من لعب دور سياسي أقوي فى المرحلة المقبلة” .
وجوه جديدة
وبحسب السعيد فإنه “يجب على المعارضة التركية أن تقدم وجوها جديدة وكوادر شابة وهذا درسا يجب أن تتعلمه المعارضة من الانتخابات الرئاسية لافتا إلي أنه لو كان مرشح المعارضة في مواجهة أردوغان أكثر شبابا لتزايدت حظوظها ولربما استطاعت تحقيق المفاجأة والإطاحة بأردوغان”.
ويري إن ” تقديم مرشحين شباب ووجوه جديدة هو إثراء للساحة السياسية التركية ومغازلة لكتلة التصويت الشبابية التي شاركت لأول مرة فى الانتخابات وكان لها تأثير كبير فى النتائج”.
دروس الانتخابات
وحول احتمالية حدوث انشقاقات فى صفوف المعارضة، يعتقد الباحث أن فكرة التشرذم والانقسام وتغليب المصالح الحزبية الضيقة أمور يفترض أن المعارضة التركية تجاوزتها بمراحل، وأصبح لدي أحزابها وساساتها درجة من النضج يجعلنا نتوقع منها تقديم أداءا سياسيا جيدا فى الانتخابات البلدية المقبلة”، محذرا فى الوقت نفسه من أنه “إذا عادت المعارضة للنهج القديم بالاختلاف والتخندق خلف الرؤي الحزبية الضيقة فهذه ستكون فرصة كبيرة للعدالة والتنمية لاعادة شحن رصيده الشعبي مرة أخري”.
وأشار إلي أن “الانتخابات شهدت تحلفات وتقارب بين الاحزاب العلمانية والقومية مثل ما حدث بين الشعوب وحزب النصر لافتا إلي أنه يمكن تكرار ذلك والعمل على تحقيق التقاربات بين أحزاب ذات أيدلوجية مختلفة ولكنها تجمعها مصالح وتنسيقات حزبية خلال الانتخابات القادمة”.
وختم خبير الشؤون التركية تصريحاته بالتأكيد على أن “هناك دروس خلال الانتخابات الماضية يجب على المعارضة أن تعيد النظر فيها وإعادة ترتيب أوراقها سريعا وأن تبدأ طرح وجوه جديدة وأن يتنحي الجيل المؤسس لأحزاب المعارضة ويفسح المجال لـ وجوه جديدة لتغير بنية الحياة الحزبية للمعارضة التركية بما يمكنها من استقطاب كتلة تصويتية لا يستهان بها تستطيع بها تغيير النظام”.
التحدي القادم
بدوره، يري محمد حامد الباحث فى الشؤون التركية أن “المعارضة التركية بعد نجاحها فى التوافق بشكل كبير حول مرشح واحد واتحاد أحزاب ما سمي بالطاولة السداسية يمكن القول أنها حققت أقصي ما يمكن أن تفعله، لافتا إلي أن التحدي هو قدرتها على استمرار هذه التحالفات رغم أنها فى الأصل تحالفات انتخابية”.
وأشار إلي أن “التحدي الذى يواجه المعارضة التركية فى الانتخابات البلدية القادمة هو الحفاظ على ما حقتته فى الاننتخابات البلدية الماضية وبالتحديد رئاستي بلديتي اسطنبول وأنقرة” .
ويعتقد الباحث أن “المعارضة التركية استطاعت أن تحقق الكثير من الايجابيات فى الانتخابات الرئاسية ووجهت بما قدمته من نتائج رسائل قوية للنظام أهمها أن قطاع كبير من الشعب التركي غير راض عن سياسات أردوغان وحزب العدالة والتنمية”.
ولفت إلي “أن نتائج الانتخابات وتأثيرها ظهرت فى التشكيلة الحكومية حيث اختار أردوغان عناصر حكومية تخلو من صهره عكس الحكومات السابقة التي تولي فيها أكثر من منصب”.
