كشفت تقارير تركية عن بدء عملية محاكمة النواب السابقين الذين وردت بحقهم مجموعة اتهامات، بعد أن باشر البرلمان التركي الجديد عمله.
وبحسب صحيفة يني شفق، أعادت لجنة العدل والتشريع البرلمانية المشتركة 1190 ملف حصانة لنواب سابقين في حزب الشعب الجمهوري بمن فيهم زعيم الحزب كمال كليجدار أوغلو، إلى رئاسة الجمهورية، كما سيتم إرسال هذه الملفات إلى وزارة العدل.
بدورها، ستقوم وزارة العدل بإحالة قضايا الحصانة إلى مكاتب المدعين العامين المعنيين، لتتم محاكماتهم أصولا.
وفي هذا الصدد، سيتم رفع 28 قضية ضد كليجدار أوغلو، 13 منها متعلقة بتهمة “إهانة الرئيس”، و3 منها تتعلق بتهمة “تهديد الرئيس والتشهير به”.
من جانب آخر، يشار إلى وجود تهم أخرى مثل “نشر الأكاذيب، والافتراء والتهديد، وتحريض الشعب على الكراهية والعداوة، والإشادة بالجريمة والمجرمين، ومحاولة التأثير على المحاكمة العادلة، وإهانة الموظفين العاملين في مؤسسات لقيامهم بواجباتهم، والدعاية لمنظمات إرهابية”.
