أكدت تقارير صحفية أن كتيبة كوماندوز تابعة للجيش التركي، استكملت اليوم الأربعاء 7 يونيو/حزيران 2023، انتقالها إلى كوسوفو بناءً على طلب قيادة عمليات حلف شمال الأطلسي “ناتو”، وذلك على خلفية احتجاجات عنيفة نظمها الصرب المحليون شمال كوسوفو لمنع رؤساء بلديات ألبان منتخبين حديثاً من دخول مباني البلديات لبدء مهامهم.
ووصلت الدفعة الأخيرة من كتيبة الكوماندوز التركية التابعة لقيادة لواء المشاة الميكانيكي رقم 65، وصلت إلى مطار آدم يشاري الدولي بالعاصمة بريشتينا، وكان في استقبال الكوماندوز في المطار، السفير التركي في بريشتينا، صبري تونج أنغيلي.
كما ستؤدي الكتيبة التركية مهامها كوحدة احتياط، من المقرر أن تعسكر في ثكنة السلطان مراد بكوسوفو.
وفي وقت سابق أعلنت تركيا اعتزامها إرسال قوات إضافية إلى بعثة الحلف في كوسوفو.
فيما أعرب أمين عام حلف شمال الأطلسي “ناتو”، ينس ستولتنبرغ، عن ترحيبه بقرار أنقرة.
وأشار المسؤول بحلف الناتو عقب لقائه الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان بقصر دولما بهتشه في إسطنبول أنه عقد اجتماعاً مثمراً للغاية مع أردوغان بمشاركة أعضاء حكومته الجديدة، مؤكداً على أهمية تركيا وإسهاماتها في الناتو.
ولفت إلى رفد تركيا بعثة حفظ السلام في كوسوفو بوحدات عسكرية، مشدداً على الأهمية الكبيرة لهذا الإسهام في وقت تتصاعد فيه التوترات هناك، وعبّر عن شكره لتركيا على إرسالها القوات، لافتاً إلى إسهاماتها الأخرى في العراق وأوكرانيا وغيرها من البلدان.
وذكر في سياق منفصل، أنه جدد تهانيه للرئيس أردوغان لفوزه بالرئاسة، معرباً عن تقديره للشعب التركي لمشاركته الواسعة في الانتخابات.
حل الأزمة قد يكون بيد تركيا!
وفي وقت سابق، قال السفير الأمريكي في كوسوفو، جيف هوفينير إن كوسوفو أصبحت تتطلع بدرجةٍ متزايدة إلى “شركاء بدلاء يعاملونها بكرامة.
وتحتل تركيا موقعاً مثالياً لتحقيق ذلك. وإذا استمر المسار الحالي للسياسة الغربية دون تغيير، وفي حال نشطت الدبلوماسية التركية أكثر داخل دول البلقان؛ فمن المتوقع أن تتكثف جهود استكشاف البدائل في كوسوفو”.
وقد دعا الرئيس الصربي، ألكساندر فوتشيتش، نظيره التركي، رجب طيب إردوغان، إلى التوسط لتهدئة التوترات.
أزمة كوسوفو
ومنذ 26 مايو/أيار الماضي، ينظم الصرب المحليون شمال كوسوفو احتجاجات لمنع رؤساء بلديات ألبان منتخبين حديثاً من دخول مباني البلديات لبدء مهامهم، فيما أعلن الجيش الصربي حالة “تأهب قصوى”، وأمر وحداته بالتحرك إلى أماكن قريبة من الحدود مع كوسوفو.
إذ يرجع تاريخ الأزمة الحالية في كوسوفو إلى أبريل/نيسان الماضي، عندما قاطع الصرب في كوسوفو الانتخابات المحلية. ونتيجة لضعف الإقبال الانتخابي، سيطر أبناء العرق الألباني على المجالس المحلية التي هيمن عليها الصرب، كما يقول تقرير لموقع Middle East Eye البريطاني.
وعندما حاول الممثلون المنتخبون الألبان دخول البنايات الحكومية، تعرّضوا لهجومٍ على يد مسلحين تدعمهم بلغراد، ويحملون شارات حرف “Z” الإنجليزي، وهو شعار روسيا في الحرب الأوكرانية.
بينما شرعت الولايات المتحدة الآن إلى فرض العقوبات على حكومة كوسوفو في بريشتينا، لأنها لم تعرض عملية اتخاذها للقرار على واشنطن أولاً، في خطوةٍ وصفتها رئيسة اللجنة المختارة للشؤون الخارجية البريطانية، أليسيا كيرنز، بـ”التفكك الاستراتيجي”.
والثلاثاء 30 مايو/أيار، قرر حلف شمال الأطلسي “الناتو” إرسال 700 جندي إضافي إلى مناطق التوتر، الأمر الذي رحبت به حكومة كوسوفو، في حين انتقدته صربيا، معتبرة أن قوات حفظ السلام تجاوزت النطاق القانوني لعملها، وأنها تساعد شرطة كوسوفو على احتلال مقار البلديات.
