محكمة سويدية توافق على تسليم أحد مؤيدي العمال الكردستاني لـ تركيا

أفادت صحيفة سويدية، أن المحكمة العليا في الدولة الاسكندنافية وافقت على تسليم مناصر لحزب العمال الكردستاني إلى تركيا، في قرار يلبي شرطا رئيسيا وضعته أنقرة للموافقة على انضمام ستوكهولم إلى حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو).
ووفقا لما نقلته وكالة فرانس برس الفرنسية عن صحيفة “أفتونبلاديت” فقد أعطت أعلى هيئة قضائية في البلاد الضوء الأخضر، لترحيل الناشط إلى تركيا وبات الأمر محصورا بيد الحكومة التي يعود إليها الآن أن تقرر ما إذا كانت ستسلمه إلى أنقرة أم لا.
وإذا قررت الحكومة تسليمه فسيصبح هذا الرجل أول مؤيد لحزب العمال الكردستاني تسلمه ستوكهولم إلى أنقرة.
وبحسب الصحيفة، فإن هذا الرجل البالغ من العمر 35 عاما صدر بحقه في تركيا عام 2014 حكم بالسجن لأكثر من أربع سنوات بتهمة تهريب المخدرات.
وبعدما حصل على إطلاق سراح مشروط، انتقل للإقامة في السويد، لكن السلطات في ستوكهولم أوقفته في أغسطس الماضي بناء على طلب من النيابة العامة التركية، التي تريد إجباره على قضاء الفترة المتبقية من عقوبته خلف القضبان.
لكن الرجل يقول إن السلطات التركية تستهدفه بسبب دعمه لحزب العمال الكردستاني.
والأحد، تظاهر المئات في وسط ستوكهولم احتجاجا على سعي السويد للانضمام للأطلسي وإقرارها قانونا جديدا لمكافحة الإرهاب يقولون إنه وليد الضغوط التركية.
والقانون الجديد الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في الأول من يونيو الحالي، يجرم “الانخراط في منظمة إرهابية” ويندرج ضمن جهود السويد لتعزيز تشريعات مكافحة الإرهاب، وهو مطلب تركي رئيسي للموافقة على عضوية ستوكهولم في الحلف الأطلسي.
والأحد، دعا الأمين العام لحلف شمال الأطلسي، ينس ستولتنبرغ، تركيا إلى رفع اعتراضها على السويد التي “وفت بالتزاماتها” واستكمال انضمام الدولة الاسكندنافية إلى الحلف “في أقرب وقت ممكن”.
وتعطّل تركيا منذ 13 شهرا انضمام السويد إلى حلف شمال الأطلسي بحجة تساهل ستوكهولم مع ناشطين أكراد تستضيفهم على أراضيها.
