90 ألف توقيع عربي للمطالبة بحرية أوجلان..تفاصيل

أكدت الباحثة المصرية د.فريناز عطية عضو المبادرة العربية لحرية الزعيم الكردي عبد الله أوجلان أن هناك جهود كبيرة يقوم بها المثقفين العرب للتعريف بقضية أوجلان الذى وصفته بأنه رمز للتعايش السلمي بالشرق الأوسط.
وقالت فريناز ” أن كل من قرأ لأوجلان وأمن بعدالة قضيته واقتنع بفلسفته يتحرك بشكل طوعي للتعريف بفكره ويسعي لإجلاء الحقيقة أمام الرأى العام العربي والإقليمي والدولي للتعريف بقضية أوجلان وفضح الدعاية الكاذبة التي تروجها بعض القوي الإقليمية والدولية حولها”.
وأشارت إلي إن “تحرك المثقفين العرب فى قضية أوجلان يتم من خلال ندوات ومؤتمرات وورش عمل جماعية بجانب المقالات والأبحاث حول فكر أوجلان، فضلا عن المبادرات الشعبية وجمع التوقيعات للمطالبة بإطلاق سراحه”.

وكشفت فريناز “أن المبادرة العربية لحرية أوجلان قامت فى بداية تدشينها بجمع قرابة 90 ألف توقيع لأكاديمين وحقوقيين ومثقفين وإعلاميين وسياسيين من معظم الدول العربية للمطالبة بحرية إوجلان والضغط على الدولة التركية لإطلاق سراحه”.

عقبات وقيود
ولفتت إلي أن “التحرك يكون دوما بجهود شعبية أو عن طريق منظمات المجتمع المدني دون وجود أى جهد رسمي أو حكومي نتيجة لاعتبارات سياسية ومؤامات تحكم علاقات الأنظمة بالدولة التركية”.
وطالبت الباحثة المصرية المثقفين العرب بالبحث عن أليات جديدة والتفكير خارج الصندوق للتعريف بقضية الزعيم عبد الله أوجلان، معترفة فى الوقت نفسه بوجود صعوبات وعقبات تواجه التحركات والأنشطة التي يقوم بها البعض فى قضية أوجلان سواء على صعيد التضييق من بعض وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي أو قيام بعض الدول والأنظمة بإلغاء بعض الإجتماعات والفعاليات على أراضيها استجابة لضغوط من النظام التركي.

التحدي الأكبر
وشددت على “ضرورة التنسيق بين كل المبادرات الداعمة لحرية أوجلان والسعي بكل قوة لعرض القضية أمام المحافل الدولية والمنظمات الحقوقية العالمية مع وضع استراتيجية مدروسة وخطط لمراجعة التحركات والمبادرات وتقيييم نتائجها ليكون التحرك بشكل علمي مدروس لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة”.
وأشارت إلي أن “المبادرة العربية مازالت تقوم بالعديد من الفعاليات للتعريف بقضية أوجلان وتكوين رأى عام شعبي مؤدي ومناصر لحرية الزعيم الكردي، عن طريق عرض وتوضيح وتبسيط أفكار أوجلان ومشروعه السياسي والإجتماعي لرجل الشارع البسيط فى كل الدول العربية ليدرك مدى أهمية هذه الأفكار فى تحقيق حريته ورخاءه هو شخصيا ويدرك سر المؤامرة التي تعرض لها أوجلان ولماذا تقف الأنظمة السلطوية والإستعمارية بالمنطقة ضد حرية الرجل وتعادي أفكاره وتحارب أنصاره”.
وبحسب الباحثة المصرية فإن “الوصول للمواطن البسيط فى الشرق الأوسط هو التحدي الأكبر الذى يواجه كل المؤمنين بأفكار أوجلان والداعمين لحريته مؤكدة أن هذا الأمر رغم صعوبته قد يكون نقطة تحول فى مسار الصراع، والنجاح فيه قد يزيد من الضغط على الدولة التركية لإطلاق سراح الزعيم الكردي”.
وتؤكد أن “استمرار اعتقال أوجلان هو مخالفة واضحة لكل الفوانين الدولية وكل مواثيق حقوق الانسان العالمية وهو ما يمنح أنصار أوجلان الشرعية القانونية والدولية فى المطالبة بحريته”.
وتري فريناز “إن الحل العادل للقضية الكردية يبدأ بتحقيق الحرية الجسدية لأوجلان مشيرة إلي أن أهم ما يميز الزعيم الكردي أنه لم يتحدث فى مشروعه عن دولة للكرد بل تطرق إلي مشروع أمة جامعة لكل مكونات الشرق الأوسط بمختلف مكوناته الثقافية والإثنية والدينية”.

مشروع عابر للحدود والقضبان
وبحسب فريناز فإنه “رغم إحكام السلطات التركية العزلة على أوجلان بعد المؤامرة الدولية التي حيكت ضده منذ أكثر من 25 عاما، ورغم كل القيود التي يتعرض لها ألا إن أفكار أوجلان صار لها أجنحة عابرة للحدود، وأصبح مشروعه الفكري والفلسفي أكبر من أن تحبسه قضبان أو تمنعه زنزانة، تزايد أنصار أوجلان ومؤيدو فلسفته حول العالم بشكل مستمر على الرغم من حملات التشويه التي يتعرض لها الرجل منذ اعتقاله”.
وتؤكد الباحثة المصرية “أن مشروع أوجلان لم يقتصر على الشعب الكردي وحده أو الدول التي يعيش بها الكرد بل جاء صالحا لكل دول الشرق الأوسط وتحديدا كل الدول التي بها تنوع عرقي وديني أوطائفي لافتة إلي أن مشروع أوجلان صالحا للتطبيق فى عموم الشرق الأوسط وربما هو الحل الأمثل لمشاكل وازمات المنطقة بشكل عام سواء على المستوي الاقتصادي أو السياسي والاجتماعي” .
