بعد تصريحات أردوغان..هل تقف تركيا وراء أحداث دير الزور؟

أطلقت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية في السابع والعشرين من آب الماضي عملية “تعزيز الأمن”، ضد خلايا تنظيم داعش الإرهابي وتجار المخدرات، حيث تحولت العملية الأمنية إلى الاشتباكات بين قسد ومسلحين مواليين لإيران والنظام السوري.
وأصدر المكتب الإعلامي لقوات سوريا ديمقراطية بياناً على موقعها الرسمي أعلنت فيه عن انطلاقها بعملية “تعزيز الأمن” وأفاد من خلالها أن العملية ستهدف ملاحقة المجرمين الذين ارتكبوا الجرائم، وتجار المخدرات وخلايا تنظيم داعش الذين يقوموا بضرب أمن واستقرار المنطقة، مشيراً البيان بأنه سيتم إنفاذ حكم قانوني ضدهم.
وفي نفس اليوم التي أصدرت به قسد عملية تعزيز الأمن شهدت سجن الصناعة التي يحتجز الاف عناصر تنظيم داعش، استنفاراً كبيراً وكان هناك أنباء عن دخول سيارة مفخخة، وفرار بعض العناصر منها.
بعدها تداولت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي عن توقيف قائد مجلس دير الزور العسكري أحمد الخبيل الملقب بـ “أبو خولة” بتهمة ارتكابه جرائم جنائية، وبحسب المصادر أن تم توقيفه مع أثنين من عناصره في مدينة الحسكة.
وأعلنت قسد عزل أبو خولة بسبب ارتكابه العديد من الجرائم والتجاوزات المتعلقة بتواصله والتنسيق مع جهات خارجية معادية للثورة، وارتكاب جرائم جنائية بحق الأهالي والاتجار بالمخدرات ليكون ذلك أول إعلان رسمي من قسد حيال مصير أبو خولة الذي كثر الحديث عنه مؤخراً وبات مثيراً للجدل.
وبعدها شهدت منطقة دير الزور اشتباكات عنيفة بين قسد ومسلحين العشائر الذي كان يؤديهم شيخ عشيرة العكيدات، إبراهيم الهفل، وسيطرت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية على عدة بلدان من منطقة دير الزور، بعد انسحاب مقاتلي العشائر منها، فيما سيطرت على بلدة عزبة، صحبة، شحيل، بصيرة جديدة، ذيبان وأجزاء من الطيانة.
وفي الخامس من آب/أغسطس الماضي، قال الموقع الرسمي لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية، إن القيادة العامة لقواتها استقبلت ثلاثة وفود من رؤساء وشيوخ عشائر دير الزور وريفها، وبحث الجانبان احتمالات تطورات الوضع والتجهيزات لمواجهة أية حالة طارئة من النواحي الأمنية والعسكرية وفقاً للبيان الرسمي.
وجاء في بيان قسد الأول عن العملية في دير الزور قال إنها “إحدى المراحل المتقدمة في الكفاح المشترك التي تقوده قواتنا بدعم ومساندة من قوّات التحالف الدولي ضد داعش”.
وتابعت أنها نتيجة للنداء لبت مناشدات السكان والوجهاء، وبدأت بتمشيط القرى الخمس، حيث قامت بتطهيرها بعد فرض الاستسلام على المسلحين، فيما لاذ قسم منهم بالفرار ولجأ إلى غربي الفرات في مناطق سيطرة حكومة دمشق.
وذكر البيان أن القوى وعلى رأسها حكومة دمشق وتركيا حاولا خلق الفتنة، ولكن التواصل المستمر بين قسد وسكان المنطقة أغلق الطريق أمامهم وأمام المتربصين بزعزعة أمن المنطقة، إلى أن وصلت العملية إلى النجاح.
الدور التركي
ووجدت تركيا الفوضى والاشتباكات في دير الزور حجة لمهاجمة مدينة منبج لمحاولة السيطرة عليها تحت غطاء العشائر.
في إطار آخر، أعلن الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان تأييده للعشائر العربية، وقال في تصريحات له، إن موقف العشائر العربية في هذا المجال وطني بوصفها صاحبة تلك المناطق الأصلية وليس حزب العمال الكردستاني، أو ما يعرف بوحدات حماية الشعب الكردية التي وصفها بأنها إرهابية.
ولفت أردوغان إلى أن هذين الطرفين ارتكبا المجازر بهدف السيطرة على حقول النفط في دير الزور، وأن تركيا وجهت التحذيرات اللازمة للدول المجاورة بهذا الشأن.
الجدير بالذكر أصدرت القوات سوريا الديمقراطية أمر باعتقال شيخ عشيرة عكيدات إبراهيم الهفل بسبب تحريضه للفتنة بين العشائر العربية وقسد، وبحسب المصادر أن الهفل لاذ بالفرار للمناطق تحت سيطرة حكومة دمشق.
مؤامرة تركية
عبر خبراء مصريون عن قناعاتهم بوجود مخطط تركي تأمري وراء أحداث الفتنة التي تشهدها محافظة دير الزور شمال شرق سوريا، مؤكدين أن الدور التركي واضح جدا في صناعة الأزمة.
وكانت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية قد أعلنت مساء الجمعة 8 أيلول الجاري انتهاء العملية العسكرية الأساسية في دير الزور والانتقال إلى العمليات الأمنية المحددة.
ونشر المركز الإعلامي لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية، بياناً إلى الرأي العام والإعلام، حول عملية ” تعزيز الأمن” التي اطلقتها في 27 آب المنصرم، في ريف دير الزور، ضد خلايا داعش وتجار المخدرات والعناصر الإجرامية.
وخلال البيان نشر المركز الإعلامي حقائق حول العملية، وأشارت إلى مقتل 25 مُسلَّحاً، واستشهاد 25 مقاتلاً، وإصابة 9 مدنيين برصاص المسلحين، واعتقال مرتزقة لداعش وللدفاع الوطني .
وأكد البيان أن “بعض القوى وعلى رأسها النظامين السوري والتركي، حاولا خلق الفتنة، إلا أن التواصل المستمرّ بين قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وأهالي المنطقة واطّلاعها المستمر على مجريات العملية، أغلق الطريق أمام المتربّصين بزعزعة أمن المنطقة، وأوصلت العملية إلى النجاح”.
واتفق الخبراء مع بيان قوات سوريا الديمقراطية حول الدور التركي في الأزمة، مؤكدين فإن شعوب المنطقة وفي مقدمتهم العرب والكرد مطالبون بالوقوف في وجه المؤامرة التركية التي لا تريد سوي إسقاط مشروع الإدارة الذاتية والتدخل في شؤون الدول.
مؤامرة أردوغان وهاكان
وأكد الكاتب والمحلل السياسي المصري، إبراهيم شعبان رفضه تمامًا للصيغة التي يتحدث بها الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، ووزير خارجيته عن الاشتباكات في دير الزور السورية وتصويرها بأنها حرب بين العرب والأكراد.
وقال شعبان لوكالتنا “إن أردوغان يحاول أن ينشر الفتن في شمال سوريا وهى طريقة جديدة لإخضاعها وتنفيذ أجندته.”
وطالب المحلل السياسي المصري”أردوغان بالانسحاب من شمال سوريا والابتعاد عن محاولة شرعنة الاحتلال التركي للأراضي السورية تحت مسميات مختلفة”.
ويعتقد شعبان أن “تركيا لها يد واضحة في إشعال الاشتباكات في دير الزور، وتأجيج نار الخلافات لتصحيح أطماعها وهذا لا يحتاج إلى دليل. فسياسة تركيا الاستعمارية العسكرية في سوريا راسخة ومدمرة فيها من بعد 2011. مؤكدا أن يد تركيا العسكرية وراء دمار سوريا وكل المنظمات الإرهابية مثل جبهة النصرة وغيرها “صنيعة تركية”.
ويري المحلل السياسي المصري أن “تصريحات وزير الخارجية التركي هاكان فيدان، والذى كان رئيسا للاستخبارات التركية لسنوات طويلة، وتحريضه على الفتنة بين مكونات شمال شرق سوريا ليست بالجديدة ولا الغير متوقعة، خاصة أن هاكان هو مهندس العمليات التركية القذرة فى تركيا”.
وبحسب شعبان فإن “الهدف التركي هو تأليب مكونات شعوب شمال سوريا من أجل صناعة فتنة تركية رخيصة، بين العرب والأكراد تحديدا، مشددا على أن فلسفة أخوة الشعوب التي وحدت العرب والكرد في شمال سوريا قادرة على إنهاء أى خلاف مصنوع بينهما”.
واختتم إبراهيم شعبان، بالقول أن “اشتباكات دير الزور ستتوقف حال رفع الاحتلال التركي يده عن سوريا، كما أن الأزمة في سوريا كلها، قد تنتهي حال تركت أمر سوريا لأهلها، وتوقف المد الاستعماري التركي في المنطقة العربية. محذرًا: من حرب طويلة في دير الزور ومحافظات سورية أخرى، إن استمرار التدخل التركي السافر واستغلال الأزمة الأخيرة”.
أصابع تركيا
ويري الباحث والمؤرخ المصري على أبو الخير أن “ما حدث في الشرق السوري من مصادمة بين قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وبعض العشائر العربية يؤكد وجود أصابع تركية تعمل على تزكية الخلاف للوصول إلى درجة الصدام المسلح”
وقال لوكالتنا ” أن ما يؤكد وجود أصابع تركية وراء الأزمة هو تصريح وزير الخارجية التركي ماكان فيدان وإلقاء المسئولية على الكرد وهو أمر مفهوم ومتوقع في ظل القمع التركي الكرد منذ أتاتورك حتى اليوم”.
وبحسب المؤرخ المصري فإن “الرئيس التركي رجب أردوغان يريد تصدير الخلاف في الداخل السوري حتى يتجنب صدام مع الشعب الكردي في تركيا وهو يمهد لحل حزب الشعوب حتى لا يجد الكرد حزبا يتبنى او يتعاطف مع قضيتهم”.
وأشار إلي أن “الدعوات والتوقيعات في داخل وتركيا وخارجها التي تطالب الإفراج عن الزعيم عبد الله أوجلان تضع أردوغان أمام ضغط شعبي وبالتالي يريد إلهاء دعاة إنهاء العزلة والكرد في سوريا من أجل ديمومة الصدام وبقاء الصراع واستمرار الأزمات بالنطقة بما يحقق مصالح أردوغان ونظامه”.
وأكد أن “المطلوب من الأشقاء الكرد والعرب جميعا منع الفتنة َوعدم السقوط فى الفخ التركي وعدم إعطاء أردوغان الفرصة للهروب إلى الأمام، داعيا العرب لتاييد ومشاركة الكرد فى دعوات وفعاليات المطالبة بالإفراج عن أوجلان، وداعيا الكرد في الوقت نفسه بالوصول لحالة الانسجام الشعبي في الشرق السوري وفي كل الأرض السورية”.
