من التنديد لـ التهديد..سر تحول لهجة أردوغان تجاه جرائم إسرائيل في غزة ؟

مع بداية الحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة كان هناك ترقب كبير من قطاع عريض من مواطني الشرق الأوسط لموقف الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان تجاه الحرب خاصة أن الرجل معروف بمواقفه وتصريحاته القوية تجاه الاحتلال.
وبمرور أيام الحرب، غاب أردوغان واختفت تصريحاته القوية ما أصاب نشطاء مواقع التواصل وخاصة الإسلاميين منهم بحالة من الغضب والخيبة وصلت لاتهام أردوغان بخذلان غزة وذلك قياسا على مواقف سابقة لأردوغان.
هذه المواقف الأردوغانية التي يصفها أنصار ومريدي الرئيس التركي بالمتخاذلة قوبلت بترحاب شديد من الجانب الإسرائيلي الذى عبر إعلامه ومتحدثيه عن رضاهم لتحول مواقف أردوغان إلي العالم الافتراضي والاكتفاء بالشجب والإدانة عبر تغريدة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وكان الصحفي الإسرائيلي ذوي الأصول اللبنانية إيدي كوهين قد شارك تغريدة للرئيس التركي يتحدث فيها عن أحداث غزة، معلقا عليها بقوله ” أرتاح عندما أري تغريدات كهذه، تغريدات فقط وليس أفعال “.
ولكن مع تصاعد الجرائم الإسرائيلية وارتفاع حدة الغضب بالشارع الإسلامي والتركي تجاه ما يحدث تغير خطاب أردوغان بشكل كبير وشن هجوما كبيرا على إسرائيل ورئيس وزراءها نتنياهو بشكل شخصي.
وبحسب مراقبون فإن التغير في الخطاب التركي والأردوغاني تحديدا أقرب للمتاجرة السياسية التي يجيدها أردوغان بشكل كبير.
ويري د.أسامة السعيد الباحث المصري في الشؤون التركية أن “هناك تحول كبير في الخطاب السياسي التركي حيال الأزمة في غزة خاصة أن الموقف التركي الأول بعد 7 أكتوبر كان محبط بالنسبة لدراويش وأنصار أردوغان بالمنطقة العربية الذين كانوا ينتظرون رد فعل أقوي للرئيس التركي تجاه ما يحدث في غزة في الأيام الأولي من الحرب أسوة بمواقفه السابقة تجاه جرائم إسرائيل”.
وقال لوكالتنا ” أردوغان في الأيام الأولي للحرب حاول إلتزام موقف حيادي وعرض الوساطة بين الطرفين وغير ذلك من المواقف الباردة التي اعتبرها البعض تخاذلا واضحا من جانب تركيا خاصة أن أنقرة استضافت قبل عدة أسابيع قمة بين الرئيس أبومازن ورئيس حركة حماس إسماعيل هنية وكانت تريد أن تدخل على خط الملف الفلسطيني فإذا بها تأخذ مواقف سلبية وأقل من المتوقع من قبل أنصار ومؤيدي السياسة التركية بالمنطقة”.
سر التحول
وبحسب الباحث فإن “التحول في الخطاب التركي له أكثر من عامل أولها تصاعد المجازر الإسرائيلية في غزة التي ضغطت بشكل واضح على الرأي العام التركي الذي تتعاطف قاعدة كبيرة منه مع القضية الفلسطينية وهو ما جعل أردوغان يدرك أن فكرة إمساك العصا من المنتصف وعرض الوساطة قد تجعله يفقد الظهير الشعبي الداعم له خاصة مع اقتراب الانتخابات البلدية التي يسعي التحالف الحاكم للسيطرة وبالتالي تحرك أردوغان وغير من خطابه السياسي من أجل استرضاء الشارع التركي الغاضب ورفع من ردة فعله تجاه إسرائيل”.
وأشار إلي أن “السبب الأخر للتحول في الموقف التركي هو محاولة أردوغان الحفاظ على المكانة الإقليمية التي سعي لبناءها خلال السنوات الماضية وعدم فقدان تلك المكانة لصالح دول أخري كانت مواقفها أكثر تقدما حيال الحرب في غزة “.
ويعتقد الباحث أن “حقيقة الأمر أن الموقف التركي لم يتغير سوي على مستوي الخطاب دون إجراءات حقيقة على الأرض، أردوغان تبني خطاب شعبوي فقط لارضاء الشارع حيث نفي تهمة الإرهاب عن حماس وقال إن تركيا تتحرك لإعلان إسرائيل دولة مجرمة حرب دون أن يكشف عن أى خطوات عملية، معتبرا أن الأمر لا يتعدي استرضاء الشارع التركي والإسلامي ومغازلة الجماهير الغاضبة بالمنطقة بشكل عام”.
وقال إن “الاجرءات التركية على الأرض تقريبا صفر حيث لا تزال العلاقات الاقتصادية بين تركيا وإسرائيل قوية، كما إن تركيا من أكثر الدول التي تتعامل مع الصناعات العسكرية الإسرائيلية، وهناك تعاون استخباراتي وأمني لا يزال قائما بين البلدين”.
ولفت السعيد أنه “لا شىء تغير على مستوي الأرض بعد خطاب أردوغان الشعبوي فرغم اعتراض إسرائيل على نفي تهمة الإرهاب عن حماس ألا أنها تدرك جيدا أنه طالما أن العلاقة لم تصل لمرحلة القطيعة مع تركيا فمن السهل استعادة الأمور خاصة أن السوابق التاريخية بين البلدين تؤكد ذلك فرغم حادث السفينة مرمرة التي قتل فيها عدد من الأتراك برصاص الجيش الإسرائيلي إلا أنه تم استعادة العلاقات وتم استقبال الرئيس الاسرائيلي في تركيا عام 2020 بحفاوة بالغة من قبل أردوغان الذى كان من المقرر أن يزور إسرائيل الفترة الحالية لولا أحداث السابع من تشرين الأول”.
علاقات طبيعية بين تل أبيب وأنقرة
وتوقع الباحث المصري أن “العلاقات ستسير في مسارها الطبيعي وستحافظ تركيا على علاقاتها الاقتصادية والعسكرية مع إسرائيل وقد نشهد بعض المناوشات الإعلامية ولكنها لن ترتقي لمستوي القطيعة أو تغيير طبيعة العلاقات على الأرض، لافتا إلي أن تركيا تخشي ردة فعل الأمريكي والأوروبي خاصة أن أردوغان كان في زيارة لمقر حلف الناتو في نفس يوم قمة القاهرة للسلام التي شارك فيها وزير الخارجية التركي”.
ويري السعيد أن “الجميع يدرك أن تركيا لن تفعل شىء خاصة أنه حتى التلويح بإجراءات ما لكسر الحصار عن غزة غابت واختفت تماما من الخطاب التركي عكس مناسبات سابقة حيث سبق لأردوغان في عام 2018 أن وصف رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بأنه إرهابي عندما قتلت سلطات الاحتلال 16 فلسطينيا في مسيرات العودة وهو ما لم نره هذه الأيام رغم حدة المجازر الإسرائيلية بحق الفلسطينين ومقتل قرابة 10 الاف فلسطيني غالبيتهم من الأطفال والنساء”.
وختم الباحث المصري تصريحاته بالتأكيد على أن “كل هذه مؤشرات على أن الموقف التركي لن يتجاوز أو يغادر محطة الهجوم اللفظي ولن يرتقي لمستويات أعلي، لافتا في الوقت نفسه إلي أن تمادي إسرائيل في عملياتها ضد المدنيين وتغير الموقف الإقليمي لبعض الدول قد يؤثر مستقبلا على الموقف التركي وربما نشهد مزيد من التغير ولكن حتى هذه اللحظة فالأمر ليس سوي مجرد تغير لفظي فقط”.
