زعم استهدافه مركزا إسرائيليا..الحرس الثوري يتبني الهجوم على أربيل
أعلن الحرس الثوري الإيراني اليوم الأحد، أنه استهدف ما وصفه بـ”مركزا استراتيجيا” إسرائيليا في مدينة أربيل عاصمة إقليم كردستان العراق.
ويأت الإعلان الإيراني بعد ساعات من إعلان سلطات إقليم كردستان سقوط صواريخ بالستية أطلقت من خارج الحدود في محيط أربيل والقنصلية الأميركية فيها.
و وفقا لوكالة رويترز أفاد الحرس في بيان نشر على موقعه الإلكتروني “سباه نيوز” بأن “المركز الاستراتيجي للتآمر والأعمال الخبيثة للصهاينة تم استهدافه بالصواريخ القوية والدقيقة لحرس الثورة الإسلامية”.
وأضاف البيان أن “أي تكرار لاعتداءات إسرائيلية سيقابل برد قاس وحاسم ومدمر”.
و بحسب فرانس برس تتهم إيران، إسرائيل، بقتل اثنين من أعضاء الحرس الثوري الإيراني في وقت سابق من هذا الأسبوع في سوريا. لكن السلطات الإسرائيلية لم تعلق على الاتهامات الإيرانية.
بدوره، نفى محافظ أربيل، أوميد خوشناو، تواجد أي مراكز إسرائيلية في تلك المواقع التي استهدفتها الصواريخ.
ووفقا لوكالة رووداو قال محافظ أربيل إن “الصواريخ لم تصب أهدافها، وسيكون إقليم كردستان محمياً بلا شك”.
وأشار إلى أنه لا توجد أي مؤسسات أو قواعد سرية تابعة لأي دولة في إقليم كردستان.

وكان جهاز مكافحة الإرهاب في إقليم كردستان العراق أعلن في بيان أن هجوماً بـ”12 صاروخا بالستياً” استهدف فجر الأحد، أربيل عاصمة الإقليم والقنصلية الأميركية فيها، مضيفاً أن الصواريخ أطلقت “من خارج حدود إقليم كردستان والعراق وتحديداً من جهة الشرق”.
تناقض إيراني
ووفقا لقناة الحرة الأمريكية، يناقض بيان الحرس الثوري تصريحات مسؤول إيراني رفض فيها الاتهامات بأن طهران تقف وراء هجوم أربيل الذي وقع، فجر الأحد.
وقال محمود عباس زاده، الناطق باسم لجنة الأمن القومي والسياسة الخارجية بالبرلمان الإيراني، إن الاتهامات لا يمكن تأكيدها.
وأضاف في مقابلة مع موقع إخباري محلي “إذا قررت إيران الانتقام فسيكون الأمر خطيرا للغاية، وقويا وواضحا”، بحسب وكالة أسوشيتد برس.
من جانبها، دانت وزارة الخارجية العراقية هذا الهجوم، مؤكدة أنَّ هذا الاعتداء هو انتهاك لسيادة العراق، بحسب وكالة الأنباء العراقية “واع”.
وقال بيان الوزارة “ندين القصفَ الصاروخيَّ الذي طالَ مساكن المواطنين في محافظة أربيل بإقليم كردستان العراق، لِما يحملهُ من انتهاكٍ صارخ للسيادةِ العراقيَّة، وترهيبٍ للآمنين ويتسبّب بزعزعةِ الأمنِ والاستقرار في الإقليم وعموم العراق، في مرحلةٍ بالغة الأهميّة”.
وأضاف البيان، أنَّ “هذا الاعتداء يُعَدُّ استهدافاً لأمنِ العراق واستقرار شعبه، ويتطلّب موقفاً موحداً لمواجهته، عبر الوقوفِ بحزمٍ ضدَّ أيّ فعل يهدفُ إلى إشاعة الفُوضى”.
وكان مسؤول أميركي قد صرح لوكالة رويترز أن الهجمات الصاروخية التي استهدفت أربيل انطلقت من إيران دون الخوض في مزيد من التفاصيل.
لا خسائر بشرية
وقالت واشنطن من جهتها إنه “لم تقع أضرار أو إصابات في أي منشأة” تابعة لها. وقال متحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الأميركية “ندين هذا الهجوم الشائن واستعراض العنف” هذا.
وعادةً ما تُستهدف المصالح الأميركية في العراق بهجمات بصواريخ وطائرات مسيرة مفخخة، لا تتبناها أي جهة، لكنّ واشنطن تتهم فصائل موالية لإيران، تطالب بانسحاب كل القوات الأجنبية من البلاد، بالمسؤولية عنها.

ويأتي هجوم الأحد كذلك فيما دخلت محادثات فيينا الهادفة الى إحياء الاتفاق بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني، والتي بلغت مراحل اعتبرها المعنيون نهائية، في فترة توقف نتيجة “عوامل خارجية”، بعد أيام على طلب موسكو ضمانات من واشنطن على خلفية الغزو الروسي لأوكرانيا.
