كشفت تقارير صحفية عن مقتل مواطن سوري داخل سجون ما يعرف بـ فيلق الشام الذى تدعمه تركيا.
وبحسب موقع الحرة، فقد قٌتل الشاب عبد الرزاق طراد العبيد، من أبناء محافظة حماة السورية، متأثرا بالتعذيب الذي تعرض له في سجون فصيل “فيلق الشام” العسكري أحد مكونات “الجيش الوطني السوري”، الذي تدعمه تركيا في شمال سوريا.
وتم اعتقال الشاب السوري، مساء الخميس، على أحد الحواجز الأمنية التابعة لـ فيلق الشام في منطقة جنديرس بريف مدينة عفرين في ريف حلب الشمالي.
وبحسب ما نقله موقع الحرة عن أحد أقرباء الضحية (طلب عدم ذكر اسمه) فإنهم تسلموا طراد “جثة هامدة”، وعليها آثار ضرب وصعق وكدمات في مختلف أنحاء الجسد.

وأشار قريب الضحية إلي أن تقرير الطبيب الشرعي في مدينة إدلب أكد وجود عدة أسباب للوفاة، بينها ضربة على الرأس، ضربة على الخصية، صعق بالكهرباء، كدمات في مختلف أنحاء الجسد.
وتابع: “صباح الجمعة تم إخبارنا من جانب فيلق الشام بأنه قد توفي، دون تقديم أي تفاصيل عن الأسباب. بعد الكشف عليه تبين أنه لتعذيب شديد، وهو ما أكده الطبيب الشرعي في إدلب”.
ومن المعروف أن “فيلق الشام” من أبرز الفصائل العسكرية التي تدعمها أنقرة في الشمال السوري، ويتركز نشاطه العسكري في كل من ريف حلب ومحافظة إدلب.
وينضوي الفصيل ضمن ما يعرف باسم “الجيش الوطني السوري”، كما له ارتباطات أيضا بتشكيل “الجبهة الوطنية للتحرير” التي تنشط في إدلب بالتحديد.
وبحسب موقع الحرة، اعترف فيلق الشام بتورط بعض عناصره فى الجريمة، لافتا إلي أنه تم توقيف لجنة التحقيق والعناصر المشرفة على مركز الاحتجاز الذي حديث به هذه الجريمة، مشيرا: “وتم تسليمهم للقضاء العسكري في عفرين”.
من جانبه ذكر “المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان” أن الضحية عبد الرزاق العبيد لا ينتمي لأي جهة عسكرية ويعمل في تجارة السيارات.
وقال المرصد إنه وثّق في الثاني من فبراير الحالي وفاة شاب من أبناء قرية “جقلان فوقاني”، جراء تعرضه لسكتة دماغية نتيجة تعذيبه من قبل “فصيل أحرار الشرقية” في مدينة عفرين.
وقبل هذه الحادثة بحوالي شهر، أضاف المرصد الحقوقي أن سيدة من الطائفة “الإيزيدية” أجهضت داخل سجن معراتة بريف عفرين شمالي حلب، نتيجة التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي.
وعادة ما تنفي فصائل “الجيش الوطني السوري” ارتكابها هذه الجرائم، فيما تنسب البعض منها إلى “حوادث فردية” يرتكبها أفراد وليس مجموعات وفصائل بأكملها.
