نبهت قوات سوريا الديموقراطية، الأربعاء، إلى أن تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية يحاول بعد ثلاثة أعوام من القضاء على “دولة الخلافة” التي أرساها، إعادة تنظيم صفوفه، محذرة من تداعيات “تقاعس” المجتمع الدولي عن تقديم الدعم اللازم لمنع ذلك.
ويُصادف الأربعاء ذكرى مرور ثلاثة أعوام على إعلان قوات سوريا الديموقراطية، ومكونها الرئيسي المقاتلون الأكراد، القضاء على التنظيم في سوريا بدعم من التحالف الدولي بقيادة واشنطن إثر معارك عنيفة في قرية الباغوز الحدودية مع العراق التي شكلت آخر معقل للجهاديين في البلاد.
رغم ذلك، لا تزال خلايا للتنظيم مختبئة في أماكن جبلية نائية، تنفذ هجمات بين الحين والآخر تستهدف نقاطا للقوات الكردية وحلفائها وأخرى لقوات النظام السوري. وتمكنت قبل شهرين من شن هجوم واسع على سجن يديره الأكراد في الحسكة (شمال شرق)، موقعة المئات من القتلى.
بعد أحداث الحسكة.. متى يدرك العالم أن الإدارة الذاتية ليست شرطة حراسة لـ داعش؟
وشددت القيادة العامة لقوات سوريا الديموقراطية في بيان أن “تقاعس المجتمع الدولي وإدارة بعض الدول ظهرها لهذا الملف وكذلك عدم وجود خطة دولية واضحة وشاملة وطويلة الأمد، يزيد التكاليف البشرية والمادية ويوفر فرصة مستمرة لـ+داعش+” من أجل “تقوية تنظيمه وابتزاز جزء من المجتمعات المحلية وتخويفها”.
واعتبرت أن التنظيم “يحاول إنعاش أحلامه مجددا ومحاولة السيطرة الجغرافية على بعض المناطق في سوريا والعراق”.
وكانت قوات سوريا الديموقراطية رأس الحربة في القتال ضد تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في سوريا. وسجنت خلال المعارك الآلاف من مقاتلي التنظيم، بينما تحتجز في مخيمات نساء وأطفالا من عائلات المقاتلين الجهاديين. ومنذ إعلان القضاء على التنظيم، تطالب الإدارة الذاتية الكردية الدول المعنية باستعادة رعاياها من أفراد عائلات التنظيم ومواطنيها المحتجزين في السجون.
ورغم النداءات المتكررة وتحذير منظمات دولية من أوضاع “كارثية” خصوصا في مخيم الهول في شمال شرق سوريا الذي يضم عائلات جهاديين، ترفض غالبية الدول استعادة مواطنيها.
كما لم تستجب لدعوة الإدارة الذاتية إلى إنشاء محكمة دولية لمحاكمة الجهاديين القابعين في سجونها.
وقالت منظمة “سايف ذي تشيلدرن” (أنقذوا الأطفال) الأربعاء”سيستغرق الأمر ثلاثين عاما قبل أن يتمكن الأطفال العالقون في مخيمات غير آمنة في شمال شرق سوريا من العودة إلى ديارهم، في حال استمرت عمليات الترحيل على هذا المنوال”.
ونبهت قوات سوريا الديموقراطية في بيانها من خطورة ما وصفته بـ”المقاربات الضيقة لبعض الدول وعدم استعدادها لتحمل مسؤولياتها في مسألة تسلم رعاياها من عائلات داعش وكذلك معتقليها في سجون شمال وشرق سوريا، بالتوازي مع عدم تقديم المساعدة الضرورية لإنشاء محكمة دولية” لمحاكمتهم.
وتحدث محللون بعد الهجوم على سجن الصناعة في حي غويران عن قدرة الفصيل على إعادة تنظيم صفوفه.
