السويد تغازل تركيا بتعديل دستوري يقيد حركة الجمعيات الكردية

أقر البرلمان السويدي تعديلاً دستورياً يسمح بتشديد إجراءات “مكافحة الإرهاب”، في خطوة طالبت بها تركيا للموافقة على انضمامها إلى حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو)، ومن ِشأنها أن تقيد نشاطات الجماعات المقربة من حزب العمال الكردستاني ووحدات حماية الشعب.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام فإن التعديل الدستوري الذي تم اعتماده بأغلبية 278 من أصل 349 صوتا، يتيح تقييد مبدأ حرية تشكيل الجمعيات “عندما تتبنى الإرهاب أو تدعمه”، واقتصر التصويت ضد التعديل على “حزب اليسار” المعارض.

محاكمة أعضاء العمال الكردستاني
وبحسب خبراء، فإن من شأن هذا التعديل الذي يدخل حيز التنفيذ في يناير المقبل، أن يسهل خصوصا محاكمة أعضاء “حزب العمال الكردستاني” المدرج على قائمة “المنظمات الإرهابية” في السويد والاتحاد الأوروبي.
منذ إعلان الترشح المشترك للسويد وفنلندا لعضوية ناتو في مايو، أعربت تركيا عن رفضها انضمام البلدين إلى حلف الأطلسي، متهمة البلدين، ولاسيما السويد، بإيواء مقربين من “حزب العمال الكردستاني” وكذلك “وحدات حماية الشعب” الناشطة في سوريا.

مخاوف تركيا
رئيس الوزراء السويدي أولف كريسترسون الذي وعد خلال زيارة إلى أنقرة الأسبوع الماضي، بمعالجة المخاوف التي أعربت عنها تركيا من أجل إزالة أي عقبات أمام عضوية السويد في ناتو، واصفاً التعديل الدستوري بـ “خطوة كبيرة”.
وصرح للصحافة إلى جانب الرئيس التركي رجب طيب اردوغان، أن “السويد ستتخذ خطوات كبيرة بحلول نهاية العام وبداية العام المقبل تمنح السلطات القانونية مزيداً من القوة لمكافحة الإرهاب”.
في وقت سابق، أعلن وزير الخارجية السويدي توبياس بيلستروم أن حكومته الجديدة ستنأى بنفسها عن وحدات حماية الشعب وحزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي، وذلك في إطار تحسين العلاقة مع تركيا فيما يتعلق بملف انضمامها إلى الناتو.

وأعلن بيلستروم في مقابلة إذاعية إن هدفهم الأساسي هو عضوية السويد في الناتو، مهاجماً المحاولات الرامية لـ”تشويه علاقتنا مع تركيا”.
