اتهمها باستخدام أسلحة محرمة.. العمال الكردستاني يدعو الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي للوقف في وجه الانتهاكات التركية بسوريا والعراق
وتناولت الرسالة بحسب وسائل إعلام كردية تفاصيل جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي ترتكبها الدولة التركية في سوريا والعراق.
وسردت الرسالة الكثير من وقائع استخدام القوات التركية لأسلحة محرمة دوليا وأسلحة كيماوية محظورة خلال العمليات التي تشنها على الكرد سواء بسوريا والعراق أو حتى داخل تركيا.
وانتقدت الرسالة ما وصفته بـ تقاعس المجتمع الدولي تجاه هذه الجرائم التركية معتبرة أن هذا الصمت هو ما يشجع الدولة التركية على ارتكاب المزيد من الجرائم.
وشددت منظومة المجتمع الكردستاني في رسالتها للمجتمع الدولي على ضرورة عدم الصمت على استخدام الأسلحة الكيماوية والوقوف في وجه الهجمات التركية التي تزعزع استقرار المنطقة، محذرة من عواقب وخيمة تهدد المنطقة إذا لم يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لوقف هذه الهجمات.
وطالبت المنظمة المجتمع الدولي بضرورة الانتبه حيال استخدام تركيا للأسلحة الكيميائية داعية الأمم المتحدة لاتخاذ اللازم حيال هذه الممارسات التي تتعارض بشكل واضح مع مقاييس ومعاهدات منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية.
ولفت البيان إلي أنه عندما استخدمت دول الشرق الأوسط مثل سوريا والعراق الأسلحة الكيماوية في الماضي، سارعت الأمم المتحدة والعديد من الحكومات والمجتمع الدولي للرد بسرعة وحزم لكن هذا الرد السريع لم يظهر عندما استخدمت تركيا الأسلحة المحظورة بشكل منظم في سوريا والعراق وتركيا.
وأشارت الرسالة إلى قيام تركيا باستخدام الفوسفور الأبيض المحرم دوليا في هجومها على مدينة سري كانيه السورية في أكتوبر من عام 2019، مما أدى إلى إصابة عدد كبير من المدنيين ورغم ذلك لم تظهر الأمم المتحدة أي موقف رافض للجريمة ولم تصدر بيان ادانة ضد تركيا فضلا أن تعاقبها.
وبحسب الرسالة التي أرسلها العمال الكردستاني فإن الصمت الدولي على جرائم تركيا دفعها لاستخدام الأسلحة الكيماوية في عملياتها ضد قوات الدفاع الشعبي والمدنيين في كردستان العراق منذ 23 أغسطس 2021 ومازالت تستخدمها إلى الأن لافتة إلى أن الأنفاق التي يتواجد بها مقاتلو العمال الكردستاني وعشرات القرى المحيطة تتعرض لهجمات بأسلحة كيماوية تشنها تركيا بشكل منتظم منذ خمسة أشهر.
واعتبرت الرسالة أن هذا الصمت التي تبديه دول العالم والأمم المتحدة ليس له مبرر سوي التعاون مع تركيا وهو التعاون الذى أضاع حقوق مئات الضحايا حيث مرت العديد من الجرائم التي ارتكبتها الدولة التركية حتى الآن دون أن يلاحظها أحد ولم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء ضد هذه الدولة.
واتهمت الرسالة حكومة حزب العدالة والتنمية وحزب الحركة القومية بارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية مثل استخدام الأسلحة الكيماوية في أكثر من موضع لكن على الرغم من ذلك لا يزال يُنظر إليها على أنها دولة ديمقراطية عادية ومحاور شرعي.
وشددت منظومة المجتمع الكردستاني على أنه قد حان الوقت لإدانة تركيا علنا وتقديم المسؤولين المعنيين إلى العدالة داعية الأمم المتحدة لزيادة جهودها لوقف الجرائم التي ترتكبها الدولة التركية ، وادانة استخدامها للأسلحة الكيماوية مشددة على أن هذه الخطوات ستنقذ حياة الاشخاص بشكل مباشر، وترفع ثقتهم بالأمم المتحدة وبأهمية وتأثير المعاهدات الدولية .
