في حكم هو الأول من نوعه، قضت محكمة ألمانية اليوم الثلاثاء بالسجن مدي الحياة على شخص عراقي من تنظيم داعش بتهمة ارتكاب “إبادة” في حق الإيزيديين.
ووصف قضاة محكمة فرانكفورت جرائم طه الجميلي ضد الإيزيديين بأنها إبادة وجرائم ضد الإنسانية أفضت إلى الوفاة.
وبحسب قناة الحرة تعتبر هذه هي المرة الأولى في العالم التي تقضي فيها محكمة أن الفظائع المرتكبة في حق الإيزيديين ترقى إلى مستوى “الإبادة” كما سبق ووصفها محققون من الأمم المتحدة.
اتهام ألمانية وزوجها بتعذيب فتاة إيزيدية حتى الموت
وخلال أكتوبر الماضي، قضت محكمة ألمانية بالسجن عشر سنوات بحق جنيفر فينيش، زوجة طه جميلي السابقة، وهي ألمانية متطرفة، بعد إدانتها بتهمة ترك فتاة إيزيدية تموت عطشاً في العراق.
وكانت محاكمة فيتش صاحبة الـ 30 عاما أول إجراء قضائي رسمي في العالم على صلة بممارسات ارتكبها تنظيم داعش بحق الإيزيديين.
وترجع أحداث القضية إلي عام 2015 حيث قامت فيتش وزوجها طه الجميلي، بشراء فتاة تبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات ووالدتها من سبايا الأقلية الإيزيدية من أجل استعبادهما، بحسب النيابة.
وبحسب وثائق المحكمة فإن الألمانية المتطرفة وزوجها العراقي عاقبوا الفتاة لأنها تبولت على سريرها، بأن ربطها الجميلي بنافذة خارج المنزل الذي كانت محتجزة فيه مع والدتها، في درجة حرارة تبلغ الخمسين مئوية.
وجراء التعذيب توفيت الفتاة بسبب العطش بينما أجبرت أم فتاة والتي تدعى نورا على البقاء في خدمة الزوجين.
وكانت المحكمة الإقليمية العليا في دوسلدورف، قد أدانت أمس الشاب الألماني نيلس دوناث ٣١ عاما، بالسجن 10 سنوات بعد تعذيبه سجينا حتى الموت في سوريا.
