كشف ألبروس كوتراشيف سفير روسيا في العراق أن بلاده تبذل كل ما في وسعها من أجل منع تركيا من شن هجوم على مناطق شمال شرق سوريا.
وأكد الدبلوماسي الروسي أن بلاده تدرك أن لتركيا أجندتها الخاصة في سوريا ونبذل كل جهودنا لإيقاف تركيا عن مهاجمة شمال سوريا لآن ذلك سيكون خطيراً جداً خاصة أن الوضع الميداني معقد جدا.
ولفت كوتراشيف إلى أنه رغم الخلاف مع تركيا في بعض الملفات ألا إن هناك تنسيق كبير وتفاهم معها أيضا.

وشدد فى حوار مع قناة رووداو على أن موقف روسيا معروف من العملية العسكرية التركية ليس في سوريا فحسب بل في أي دولة فنحن ضد التدخل الخارجي غير المجاز.

التغيير الديموغرافي في عفرين كارثي
وتطرق السفير الروسي في العراق إلى الوضع بعفرين، واصفا ما تشهده المدينة من تغيير ديمغرافي بأنه “كارثة”.
وأشار إلى أن التقارير التي ترد من عفرين والمعلومات التي يقدمها كورد سوريا تؤكد بأن تغييراً ديموغرافياً يستهدف السكان الكرد قد تم وهذه كارثة لسكان المنطقة قبل غيرهم”.
وشدد الدبلوماسي الروسي على ضرورة أن يشارك كرد سوريا في صياغة حل سياسي للبلد، مشيرا إلى ان قسد تمثل جزءاً من المجتمع الكردي السوري وهناك كورد آخرون، جميعهم يستحقون المشاركة في العملية السياسية بسوريا.

يجب إشراك الأكراد في مستقبل سوريا
وأشار كوتراشيف إلى أنه من أجل مستقبل سوريا، يجب التعامل مع كل هذه المجاميع وإشراكها في صياغة حل سياسي لأزمة البلد.
وبسؤاله عن مدي قبول موسكو بحكم ذاتي لأكراد سوريا على غرار إقليم كردستان أكد السفير الروسي أن هذا شأن السوريين ونحن لا نتدخل في هذه التفاصيل وهي متروكة للأطراف المعنية بها.
وقال أنه على الحكومة المركزية والكرد أن يجلسوا معاً ويقرروا نوع النظام الذي يحكمهم. ليس من شأننا اتخاذ قرار حول نوع النظام السياسي الذي سيحكم سوريا مستقبلاً.

موسكو ترعي الحوار بين قسد ودمشق
وأكد السفير الروسي أن بلاده ترعي حوار بين دمشق والإدارة الذاتية في ظل علاقاتها الجيدة بالطرفين وكونها صديقة وشريكة للاثنين، لافتا أن مصلحة موسكو تكمن في بقاء سوريا بلداً مستقراً في إطار حدودها ولا تتحول إلى تهديد لنفسها ولا لدول الجوار.
وكشف السفير الروسي أن المباحثات واللقاءات بين قسد ودمشق تتم بشكل دائم بمعرفة السفارة الروسية بدمشق، لافتا إلى ان هذه المحادثات ليست من أجل أن تكون هناك محادثات فحسب، فللطرفين مجموعة آراء وقد توصلا إلى اتفاق حول بعض الأمور، لكنهما مختلفان على أمور أخرى.
لكن كل الأمور يجب حلها في حزمة واحدة. هذه الحزمة لم تتشكل حتى الآن.
وأضاف : أنتم لم تسمعوا الكثير من الأمور المرتبطة بهذه المحادثات لأنها محادثات حساسة، ويسعدني أن الطرفين ذكيان لدرجة عدم خلق المشاكل من خلال الاستعجال في نشر المعلومات.
وأشار إلى أن بلاده لا تتدخل في مسألة وجود الحكم الذاتي من عدمه، وما يؤمنون به أنه للأقليات في أي بلد، العرقية منها والدينية، أن تتمتع بحقوقها الثقافية والإدارية والاقتصادية والسياسية وغيرها.
