متهم بـ قتل 58 وتعذيب 4000..ألمانيا تحاكم ضابط سابق باستخبارات نظام الأسد

مظاهرات للمطالبة بمحاكمة نظام الأسد

تواصل المحاكم الألمانية نظر القضايا المرتبطة بالصراع السوري والجرائم التي ارتكبت على الأرض السورية.
وبحسب تقرير لمنظمة حقوق الإنسان “ريدريس” تنظر ألمانيا حاليا في أكثر من 12 قضية تتعلق بجرائم ارتكبت في سوريا.
ووفقا لصحيفة واشنطن بوست أصبح النظام القانوني الألماني المكان المقصود لتحقيق العدالة في الجرائم المرتكبة خارج حدود ألمانيا سواء الإبادة الجماعية للإيزيديين في العراق وحتى التعذيب في السجون السورية.
وبعد أيام من محاكمة عناصر بتنظيم داعش بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم إبادة بحق الإيزيديين، طالب الادعاء العام الألماني اليوم الخميس بالسجن المؤبد لضابط سابق في النظام السوري.

المؤبد يلاحق ضابط سابق باستخبارات النظام السوري

وبحسب موقع الحرة فإن أنور رسلان ضابط استخبارات النظام السوري السابق يواجه السجن بالمؤبد في اتهامه بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
ووجهت المحكمة لـ رسلان تهما بالإشراف على قتل 58 شخصا وتعذيب 4000 آخرين في مركز الخطيب للاحتجاز، الواقع في العاصمة السورية، دمشق، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 29 أبريل 2011 وحتى 7 سبتمبر 2012.

أنور رسلان ضابط المخابرات السورية السابق

وتعتبر محاكمة رسلان الذي انشق عن النظام السوري في 2012 وطلب اللجوء إلى ألمانيا سابقة عالمية في محاسبة النظام السوري على جرائم التعذيب.
وكان عدد كبير من السوريين قد وصل ألمانيا في 2015 عندما فتحت أبوابها أمام اللاجئين ومن بين هؤلاء شهود وضحايا بالإضافة إلى بعض الجناة.
ونقلت صحيفة “واشنطن بوست”، في مارس الماضي عن أندرياس شولر، مدير برنامج الجرائم الدولية في المركز الأوروبي للحقوق الدستورية وحقوق الإنسان أن هناك الكثير من الناس الذين يطالبون بالعدالة.
وبحسب الجريدة فإن أنور البني محامي حقوق الإنسان السوري قال إنه تعرف على رجل في مركز اللجوء الخاص به في برلين عام 2014، مؤكدا أنه الشخص الذي اعتقله قبل سنوات عديدة في دمشق.
الشخص الذي قصده البني كان أنور رسلان الذي كان رئيسا للتحقيقات في المخابرات العامة السورية.
ويُحاكم رسلان في مدينة كوبلنز الألمانية بتهمة بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية، تتضمن جرائم اغتصاب واعتداء جنسي.
وخلال الجلسة التي عقدت اليوم طالب الادعاء العام بالحكم على رسلان بالمؤبد في التهم التي تلاحقه.
وكانت السلطات الألمانية قد قضت في الشهر الماضي بسجن إياد الغريب، وهو ضابط مخابرات سوري، 4 سنوات ونصف.

مذكرة لمحاكمة نظام الأسد أمام الجنائية الدولية
وفى مارس الماضي، قدّم مركز جيرنيكا للعدالة الدولية، مذكرة إلى المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية تطالب بمحاسبة النظام السوري برئاسة بشار الأسد، لتسببه بمعاناة اللاجئين السوريين في الأردن.
ونقلت العربي الجديد عن توبي كادمان، وهو الشريك المؤسس لمركز جيرنيكا إن المذكرة تشمل القصف الجوي واستخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية، وغيرها من الأسلحة المحرمة، والاعتقالات الجماعية والتعذيب وإعدام الآلاف من المدنيين، إضافة إلى حقيقة أن أكثر من نصف تعداد سكان سورية قبل الحرب قد أجبروا على الهرب من منازلهم، أو اعتقلوا أو قتلوا في ظروف مرعبة”.
وأشار إلى أن المذكرة موجهة ضد قيادة النظام السوري، وقواته المسلحة وقوات أمن الدولة، وفروع المخابرات العسكرية.
