بينهم داعش والحرس الثوري..تصنيف 16 فردا وكيانا على لائحة الإرهاب بالسعودية

صنف مركز استهداف تمويل الإرهاب، بشكل مشترك، 16 فردا وكيانا بسبب انتمائهم لتنظيمات إرهابية ومتطرفة، من بينها “داعش” والحرس الثوري الإيراني، وفق بيان لوكالة الأنباء السعودية (واس) نقلا عن رئاسة أمن الدولة، الاثنين.
وذكر البيان أن الدول الأعضاء في المركز، ومن بينها السعودية، صنفت 16 اسما (13 فردا، و3 كيانات) منتمية لتنظيمات إرهابية متنوعة.
وشملت الأسماء 3 أفراد مرتبطين بالحرس الثوري الإيراني، و4 أفراد وشركة واحدة مرتبطين بتنظيم “داعش” و6 أفراد ممولين منتمين لجماعة “بوكو حرام”، وجماعتين إرهابيتين (سرايا الأشتر، وسرايا المختار).
ومن بين الأسماء الواردة في التصنيف، براء القاطرجي، وحسام بن رشدي القاطرجي، وهما سوريان أسسا شركة القاطرجي التي قامت بتسهيل تجارة الوقود لتنظيم “داعش” والتعاون مع التنظيمات الإرهابية مثل الحرس الثوري الإيراني. وقد وضعت الشركة أيضا ضمن الكيانات المستهدفة في التنصيف.
وشملت أيضا ميليشيا سرايا الأشتر، وميليشيا سرايا المختار، ومقرهما البحرين، وهما تدعمها إيران وتحصلان على الدعم المالي والعسكري واللوجستي من الحرس الثوري الإيراني.
وتتزامن هذه التصنيفات مع مرور خمسة أعوام على إنشاء مركز استهداف تمويل الإرهاب، الذي استهدف خلالها حزمة واسعة من أنشطة تمويل الإرهاب بهدف تعزيز وتقوية القدرات الإقليمية للدول الأعضاء.
وقالت رئاسة أمن الدولة السعودية إن هذا التصنيف “امتداد لالتزام الدول الأعضاء في مواصلة تحقيق أهداف المركز، ويبعث رسالة إلى المجتمع الدولي حول التعاون المثمر بين دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج والولايات المتحدة في استهداف أنشطة تمويل الإرهاب من خلال هذا الكيان المتعدد الأطراف”.

وذكرت أنه منذ إنشائه في 2017، نسق المركز بشكل مشترك بحق 82 فردا وكيانا إرهابيا حول العالم، حيث استهدفت التصنيفات تنظيم “داعش” والمنتمين له وتنظيم “القاعدة” والحرس الثوري الإيراني و”حزب الله”.
وبموجب القرار الأخير، “يجب تجميد جميع الأموال والأصول التابعة للأسماء المصنفة أعلاه، كما يُحظر القيام بأي تعاملات مباشرة أو غير مباشرة معهم أو لصالحهم أو نيابة عنهم، من قِبل المؤسسات المالية والمهن والأعمال غير المالية المحددة وكافة الأشخاص الاعتباريين والطبيعيين، وستُتخذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق كل من تثبت علاقته بالأفراد أو الكيانات الموضحة أسماؤهم أعلاه”.
