حذرت تقارير دولية من مخاطر كبيرة تستهدف الأقليات الدينية فى سوريا فى ظل التهديدات التركية بشن غزو جديدة لمناطق بشمال سوريا.
وشبهت شخصيات دولية ما تمارسه تركيا بحق الأقليات الدينية بسوريا بأنه لا يختلف عما ارتكبه تنظيم داعش الإرهابي.
ووفقاً لنادين ماينزا وهي رئيسة سابقة للجنة الأميركية للحريات الدينية الدولية والتي تم تعيينها حديثا رئيسة لأمانة الحرية الدينية الدولية، فإن مصير الأقليات في المنطقة على المحك: “وإذا سقطت هذه المنطقة ( في يد تركيا)، لن يبقى مسيحيون أو أيزيديون”.
من جهته، يرى كليف سميث مدير برنامج واشنطن بمنتدى الشرق الأوسط، وريتشارد غزال المدير التنفيذي لمنظمة الدفاع عن المسيحيين الأمريكية، وديليمان عبدالقادر رئيس مجموعة أصدقاء كردستان الأمريكية أن أعمال الإبادة الجماعية التي ارتكبها تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية (داعش) في العراق وسوريا، والحرب الأهلية الدائرة في سوريا مآساتان تعرض لهما بشكل كبير للغاية المسيحيون والأيزيديون وغيرهما من الأقليات الدينية في المنظقة.
ويضيف سميث وغزال وعبد القادر في تقرير نشرته مجلة ناشونال انتريست الأمريكية أن كثيرين ممن نجوا من القتل أُرغموا على ترك المنطقة تماما، مما أسفر عن انخفاض كبير للغاية في أعداد أفراد طوائفهم. ومع ذلك فإنه حتى رغم كل ذلك، لم تنته المآساة- وربما بدأت لتوها. فالناجون من الإبادة الجماعية التي نفذها داعش يتعرضون الآن لتهديد العدوان من جانب تركيا، التي تُعرض للخطر الآن الهياكل والمؤسسات الاجتماعية التي تم إقامتها لحمايتهم.
فمنذ 2016، غزت تركيا شمال سوريا ثلاث مرات، حيث قامت بتوسيع نطاق أراضيها في كل توغل متعاقب يتم تنفيذه تحت ذريعة محاربة الإرهاب. ومرة أخرى يهدد الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان بغزو شامل لشمال سوريا، ليكمل على ما يبدو إقامة منطقة عازلة”ضد الإرهاب” على طول الحدود التركية السورية التي سوف تمتد مسافة 30 كيلومترا داخل الأراضي السورية.
ومع ذلك، فإنه في هذه الحالة يعتبر التاريخ خير دليل. فمنذ 2016، أصبحت الأراضي التي قامت تركيا بغزوها والسيطرة عليها مركزا للجماعات الجهادية التي تدعمها تركيا، والتي تحكم أراضيها وفق الشريعة الاسلامية. ومن الممكن أن تؤدي تهديدات تركيا إذا تم اكتمالها إلى نزوح حوالي مليون شخص. ومثل هذا العدوان يمثل تهديدا مباشرا ليس فقط لمصالح هذه الأقليات، وأراضيها، ومعايشها، ولكن أيضا لحياتهم نفسها. ويقول سميث وغزال وعبد القادر إن تهديد أردوغان القوي والغامض بـ” الانقضاض عليهم فجأة في ليلة من الليالي” لايترك مجالا للشك بالنسبة لنواياه. وليس سرا في واشنطن أن السفارة التركية تسعى للحصول على تأييد الولايات المتحدة لمثل هذه الخطوة. وعلى الجانب الآخر، بدأ تحالف منظمات متنوعة العمل بالفعل لمواجهة هذا العدوان.
وأضافوا أن الأمر سيتطلب قدرا هائلا من القدرات الفكرية لتأكيد وتصديق أن أردوغان يحاول حقيقة إقامة أي نوع من المنطقة الأمنية المشروعة. ومن الواضح أنه يسعى فقط للقضاء على خصومه وتوسيع نطاق سيطرته الجغرافية السياسية.
وقد قاتل المجلس العسكري السوري، وهو ميليشيا مسيحية، كجزء حيوي من ائتلاف تقوده الولايات المتحدة ضد داعش وغيره من الجماعات المتطرفة. وطوال حوالي عقد من الزمان، عكف المجلس العسكري السوري على حماية المسيحيين السوريين في شمال سوريا، والآن يجد نفسه في مرمى النيران التركية. وذكر تقرير نشره مركز ويلسون مؤخرا ذلك بوضوح، وقال” ما كان في وقت من الأوقات /صراعا تركيا كرديا / أصبح يؤثر الآن على كل جماعة دينية وعرقية في شمال سوريا، ومنطقة كردستان في شمال العراق، ومنطقة سنجار في غرب العراق”.
ويرى سميث وغزال وعبد القادر أن هذه ليست المرة الأولى التي تحاول فيها تركيا القيام بمناورة مماثلة. وفي الحقيقة ستكون هذه هي المرة الرابعة منذ 2016 . ومنذ آخر غزو في عام 2019، انتهكت تركيا الهدنة التي تم التوصل إليها بوساطة الولايات المتحدة بعمليات قصف جوي متكررة على المدن المدنية.وحديث أردوغان في الوقت الحالي يعكس اعتزامه امتلاك الأراضي السورية الممتدة حتى الحدود العراقية تماما. وهذا الأمر سوف يسفر عن نتيجة دموية بوجه خاص.
ولا تقوم تركيا فقط بطرد المسيحيين والاقليات الدينية العرقية الأخرى، فهي تسعى أيضا لأن يحل محلهم نحو 6ر3 مليون من اللاجئين السوريين الموجودين داخل الحدود التركية حاليا.
واختتم سميث وغزال وعبد القادر تقريرهم بأن موافقة تركيا المهمة والمشروطة على طلبات السويد وفنلندا الانضمام لعضوية الناتو أدت إلى أن يتجاهل الكثيرون في أنحاء العالم قائمة جرائم تركيا الطويلة، التي تتعارض جميعها مع قيم الناتو. كما أن استمرار مبيعات الأسلحة الغربية لتركيا سوف يعزز تهديد تركيا الوجودي للأقليات الدينية العرقية في المنطقة. ومثل هذه الأقليات، التي يعتبر الكثير منها من الحلفاء الأكثر ولاء لأمريكا في المنطقة، يجب عدم التخلي عنها من أجل إرضاء تركيا.
