نفس العمليات القذرة..خطة تركية لاستنساخ سليماني فى شخص هاكان فيدان

سلطت تقارير صحفية الضوء على الدور الذى يلعبه رئيس المخابرات التركية هاكان فيدان فى سياسات تركيا وتدخلاتها بدول المنطقة.
وشهدت الفترة الأخيرة بروز رئيس المخابرات التركية هاكان فيدان كلاعب مؤثر في تدخلات تركيا الخارجية وإستراتيجية التمدد خاصة في جوارها الإقليمي.
كما دفعت عمليات خطف المطلوبين خارج تركيا البعض لتشبيه هاكان فيدان بقائد فيلق القدس الراحل قاسم سليماني الذى اغتالته الولايات المتحدة فى 3 يناير 2020.
وبحسب مصادر عراقية كردية فإن رئيس المخابرات التركية كان مقربا من سليماني ومعجبا بشخصيته وبقدرته على تنفيذ إستراتيجية إيران لتعزيز نفوذها في الخارج.
ووفقا لما نقله موقع المونيتور الأمريكي عن لاهور طالباني أحد الرؤساء السابقين لجهاز المخابرات في حكومة إقليم كردستان العراق، فإن رئيس المخابرات التركية بات يلعب دور قاسم سليماني.
ووصف المسؤول الكردي هاكان فيدان بأنه مدرب جيدا وله قدرة هائلة على التأثير.
وتابع وفق التقرير الذي نشرت ملخصه صحيفة ‘زمان’ التركية “أعتقد أنه يلعب دور قاسم سليماني، كان صديقا جيدا لقاسم سليماني، لقد أعجب بسليماني. قال لي هذا بنفسه قال لي ذات مرة: أتمنى أن يكون سليماني قد حكم إيران لو كان أفضل تعليما”.

الشبه بين سليماني وهاكان
وكان المسؤول الاستخباراتي الكردي يشير إلى وجه الشبه بين سليماني وفيدان وإلى تأثر الأخير بالأول وبقدرته العالية على جمع الميليشيات المسلحة الموالية لإيران والتي تعتبرها حكومات غربية اذرع لطهران وتمتد من العراق إلى سوريا ولبنان وصولا إلى اليمن وهو نظريا تمدد جغرافي مهم في منطقة إستراتيجية للغاية وللولايات المتحدة فيها مصالح وازنة وقوات على مرمى العين من وكلاء إيران.
وليس ثمة ما يشير إلى أن فيدان يستنسخ تجربة سليماني لكن تمتعه بنفوذ ودور في الغرف المغلقة وفي جولاته الخارجية يشير إلى طموحات استنساخ تجربة التمدد الإيراني أو استنساخ شخصية قاسم سليماني لجهة القدرة على توحيد الصفوف والتأثير القوي على الأيادي التي تضرب بها إيران في الخارج.

هاكان وشمال سوريا
ويحيل ذلك إلى عمل كبير بدأته المخابرات التركية في شمال سوريا حيث نجحت إلى حد كبير في زرع كيان سوري موال لها بشقيه السياسي (ما يسمى الحكومة الانتقالية) والعسكري ممثل في الميليشيات المسلحة التي تضرب بها تركيا حاليا التنظيمات الكردية السورية.
وتتقدم الميليشيات السورية الموالية لتركيا الصفوف الأمامية في أي معركة تخوضها قوات سلطة الاحتلال في شمال سوريا، في تكتيك يقلل الخسائر في صفوف الجيش التركي تفاديا لموجات الانتقادات الداخلية للخسائر البشرية في صفوف قوات تركيا.

وليس ثمة حصيلة واضحة لعدد القتلى من الميليشيات السورية لكن في المقابل فإن مقتل جندي واحد من القوات التركية يثير السخط على المستوى الداخلي.

ولا تجد تركيا نفسها في حرج حين يقتل العشرات من الميليشيات السورية الموالية لها باعتبار أنها فصائل سورية وتخوض حربها على أراض سورية.

هاكان وإقليم كردستان
أما بالنسبة للمعارك التركية في شمال العراق فلا يبدو دور فيدان واضحا ومكشوفا لكن زياراته لجبهات القتال أو لقاءاته مع مسؤولين من حكومة إقليم كردستان العراق أو من مسؤولون في الحكومة الاتحادية في بغداد، يسلط الضوء على تنامي دور المخابرات التركية في العمليات الخارجية.

وبعيد عن سوريا والعراق نفذت المخابرات التركية بقيادة فيدان عمليات خطف في الخارج لمعارضين أو قيادات من حزب العمال الكردستاني وتم تسويق ذلك على أنه نجاح أمني نوعي لعمل المخابرات.
ويقول لاهور طالباني وفق المصدر ذاته، إن تركيا لن تسمح بتشكل كيان كردي داخل الأراضي السورية، مضيفا أن تشكل نموذج آخر لكردستان العراق (الإقليم الكردي الذي يتمتع بالحكم الذاتي) “سيكون انتحارا بالنسبة لتركيا”.

كما أجاب طالباني على أسئلة حول التطورات في مستقبل الأكراد السوريين في سوريا، وقال إنه لن تسمح تركيا بأي مؤسسة خارج الهيكل السوري لأن بناء نموذج آخر لكردستان العراق داخل سوريا، سيكون انتحار لتركيا.
وأصبح الدور الذي يلعبه رئيس جهاز المخابرات التركي ملفتا في الفترة الأخيرة مع تنقلات إلى العراق وشماله في خضم حرب تخوضها تركيا على أكثر من جبهة تحت عنوان مكافحة الإرهاب وملاحقة حزب العمال الكردستاني بينما تذهب الحملة العسكرية إلى ابعد من ذلك في سياقات التمدد وتوسيع النفوذ.
والواضح أن التدخلات التركية الخارجية ترسم طموحات لم تعد تخفيها العبارات الدبلوماسية والعناوين العريضة التي تسوقها تركيا كتبرير لانتهاكها سيادتي كل من سوريا والعراق.
ويبدو دور هاكان فيدان أقرب للدور الذي كان يلعبه قائد فيلق القدس الراحل قاسم سليماني الذي يعتبر مهندس إستراتيجية التوسع الإيراني في المنطقة وقائد العمليات التي تسميها دول الجوار ودول غربية بـ”العمليات القذرة” ووجه الشبه بينه وبين فيدان لا يبدو بعيدا على الأقل على مستوى الهدف والمهمة.
