اعتقال 3 سوريين في تركيا بتهمة التجسس لـ فرنسا

كشفت تقارير صحفية عن قيام الأمن التركي باعتقال 3 أشخاص من الجنسية السورية بتهمة التجسس لصالح فرنسا.

وبحسب وسائل إعلام تركية فإن جهاز الاستخبارات تمكن اليوم الثلاثاء 20 فبراير/شباط 2024 من تفكيك خلية تجسس كانت تعمل لصالح فرنسا، مكونة من 3 سوريين بينهم أحمد قطيع الذي كان يُعرف إعلامياً بـ”الناشط في حقوق الإنسان واللاجئين”، والمسجون منذ فترة في إسطنبول.

وذكرت صحيفة صباح المقرّبة من دوائر القرار التركية، في تقرير لها أن “الخلية التي يقودها “قطيع”، قامت بأنشطة تجسس لصالح استخبارات فرنسا (DGSE) مقابل وعود بالحصول على حق اللجوء في الأراضي الفرنسية”.

وأشارت الصحيفة إلي ان تحقيقات جهازالاستخبارات مع السوريين الـ3 الموقوفين لديها، أظهرت أنهم “كانوا يعملون على إعداد وثائق مناهضة لتركيا فيما يخص المعاملة السيئة للاجئين على أراضيها، وكشف سياسات أنقرة المتعلقة بالهجرة لأجهزة المخابرات الأجنبية”.

وأوضحت أن التحقيقات توصلت إلى أن أنشطة العملاء السوريين الثلاثة كانت تتم بالتعاون مع جمعية باسم “مجتمع أصدقاء حلب” ومقرها باريس؛ حيث تنفذ الاستخبارات الفرنسية نشاطاتها بغطاء الجمعية.

وخضع “قطيع” وزميليه “إبراهيم شويش” و”حسام النهار” للمراقبة الاستخباراتية التركية لفترة طويلة، إلى أن تم القبض عليهم في ولاية بورصة، خلال استعدادهم للسفر إلى فرنسا بعد حصولهم على تأشيرة مستعجلة.

وتبين أن شبكة التجسس المكونة من 3 أشخاص، والتي يرأسها المواطن السوري أحمد قطيع، قامت بتبادل معلومات ووثائق مزيفة تدين تركيا على المستوى الدولي مع المخابرات الفرنسية، فيما يتعلق بما يسمى تعذيب اللاجئين الذين يحاولون السفر إلى الخارج.

من جانبها، سلطت صحيفة “يني عقد” التركية الضوء على القضية، مؤكدة أن شبكة التجسس المكونة من 3 أشخاص، والتي يرأسها المواطن السوري أحمد قطيع، قامت بتبادل معلومات ووثائق مزيفة تدين تركيا على المستوى الدولي مع المخابرات الفرنسية، فيما يتعلق بما يسمى تعذيب اللاجئين الذين يحاولون السفر إلى الخارج.

وأشارت إلي أنه بعد أن كشفت منظمة المخابرات التركية عن شبكات الأجهزة السرية الإسرائيلية والروسية والإيرانية في تركيا، فقد تم الآن الكشف عن أن جهاز المخابرات الفرنسية (DGSE)  جنَّد خلية مكونة من 3 أشخاص تعمل في تركيا.

ونتيجة للعمل المشترك بين مديرية مكافحة الاستخبارات التابعة لجهاز الاستخبارات الوطني (IKK) ومديرية إقليم إسطنبول، تم اكتشاف خلية مكونة من 3 أشخاص كانوا يتجسسون لصالح جهاز المخابرات الفرنسية (DGSE) في تركيا لمدة عام واحد.

وقالت الصحيفة إن مديرية المخابرات الوطنية كانت تتابعهم خطوة بخطوة منذ أشهر، في عملية نفذتها مديرية شرطة إسطنبول مؤخراً وقد علمت السلطات التركية  أن الأفراد الثلاثة الذين تجسسوا نيابة عن جهاز المخابرات الخارجية الفرنسية، كانوا يعتزمون إعداد وثائق مزورة ضد تركيا.

وفي التحريات الاستخبارية التي أجراها قسم مكافحة الاستخبارات التابع للمديرية الإقليمية لجهاز المخابرات التركية (MIT) في إسطنبول، نفذ ثلاثة أشخاص سوريين وهم أحمد قطيع وإبراهيم شويش وخالص النهار، بتوجيه من وكالة المخابرات الفرنسية DGSE، جميع أنشطتهم تحت اسم مجتمع أصدقاء حلب (Coliectif Amis d’Alep) ومقره في باريس، فرنسا.

أحمد قطيع ووفقاً للصحيفة التركية، شارك سراً معلومات ووثائق كاذبة تدين تركيا على المستوى الدولي لصالح المخابرات الفرنسية، وزعم أنه كان أحد أهم الناشطين المدافعين عما يسمى بحقوق اللاجئين في تركيا، وزعم أنه تلقى تهديدات من مسؤولي الدولة التركية.

وفقاً لصحيفة صباح، فإن أحمد قطيع ظل أيضاً تحت المراقبة في بورصة. وبينما كانت قطيع الذي حصل على تأشيرة من القنصلية العامة الفرنسية في إسطنبول بناء على تعليمات المخابرات الفرنسية، يستعد للحصول على اللجوء في فرنسا، تم احتجازه مع حسام النهار وإبراهيم شويش قبل سفرهم إلى الخارج.
