الجيش التركي يقصف مناطق بـ أربيل

أعلن مدير ناحية سيدكان أن الجيش التركي، قصف بالمدفعية عدداً من قرى منطقة برادوست في الساعة العاشرة من صباح اليوم.

وناحية برادوست تابعة لقضاء سوران ضمن محافظة اربيل في كردستان العراق وتعتبر من أقدم وأكبر النواحي مساحة واكثرها وعورة.
وبحسب وكالة رووداو صرح مدير ناحية سيدكان، إحسان جلبي، اليوم الثلاثاء أن الجيش التركي بدأ في العاشرة من صباح اليوم قصفاً مدفعياً على ثلاث قرى بالمنطقة، وأن “القصف متقطع، ولم يخلف حتى الآن خسائر بشرية أو مادية”.
وأطلقت تركيا فى 18 أبريل عملية (المخلب – القفل) في المناطق الحدودية لإقليم كوردستان ضد عناصر (بي كا كا) التي لا تزال مستمرة إلى الآن.
وأشار إحسان جلبي إلى أن القصف المدفعي التركي ينطلق من جبل (ديل) باتجاه مرتفعات كاي رش، بيشة سور، وسري زراران في حدود قرى خليفان، سيران، وميركة رش.

البشمركة تكشف حقيقة مشاركتها فى قفل المخلب
يذكر أن وزارة شؤون البيشمركة أصدرت بياناً حول شائعة مشاركتها وتحريك قواتها بعد بدء العملية العسكرية التركية الأخيرة في إقليم كردستان، أعلنت فيه أن “قوات البيشمركة لم تشارك بأي شكل من الأشكال في تلك العمليات ولم يتم تحريكها”.
بعد إعلان تركيا بدء عملية المخلب – القفل داخل أراضي إقليم كوردستان، تداولت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي شائعة مفادها أن قوات البيشمركة مشاركة أيضاً في تلك العملية، وقالت وزارة شؤون البيشمركة عن هذه الشائعة “ننفي تلك التهم جملة وتفصيلاً”.

وجاء في جانب آخر من البيان: “البيشمركة كدأبهم دائماً، في حالة يقظة في خنادقهم الدفاعية، ولن يسمحوا بأن تقع أي منطقة آهلة أخرى لآثار حسم المشاكل بين الأطراف المتنازعة، لأن أبناء كردستان يدفعون منذ سنوات ضريبة صراع إقليمي ألحق بهم الكثير من الضرر”.
وفي ختام بيانها، أكدت وزارة شؤون البيشمركة على ضرورة احترام سيادة أراضي إقليم كردستان والعراق.
يشار الى ان طائرات الجيش التركي قصفت جبل “زرد” و جبل “كاميركيان” في سلسلة جبال متين بقضاء العمادية التابع لمحافظة دهوك.
وشنت القوات التركية عملية عسكرية، يوم الاثنين، قصفت خلالها مناطق تينة، الزاب، أفاشين وباسيان في إقليم كردستان، عبر مروحيات وطائرات مُسيَّرة.

إدانة عراقية
وأدانت وزارة الخارجية العراقية العمليات العسكرية التركية على تلك المناطق في إقليم كردستان، معربة عن رفضها القاطع للقصف التركي.
وذكرت الوزارة في بيان إن “حكومةُ جُمهوريَّة العراق ترفض رفضاً قاطعاً، وتدينُ بشدَّة العمليّات العسكريَّة التي قامت بها القوّات التركيَّة بقصف الأراضيّ العراقيَّة في منطقة متينة،الزاب، أفاشين وباسيان في شمال العراق”، موضحة ان “العراقُ يعدُّ هذا العمل خرقاً لسيادته، وحُرمة البلاد، وعملاً يُخالِف المواثيق والقوانين الدوليَّة التي تُنَظّم العلاقات بين البُلدان”، مشيرة الى ان تلك العمليات “تخالف مبدأ حُسن الجوار الذي ينبغي أنَّ يكون سبباً في الحرص على القيام بالعمل التشاركي الأمني خدمةً للجانبين”.
الخارجية العراقية استدعت سفير تركيا لدى العراق علي رضا كوناي على خلفية العملية العسكرية التركية في إقليم كردستان، مطالبة بانسحاب كامل للقوات التركية من الأراضي العراقية.
وتنفذ القوات التركية عمليات القصف بحجة ملاحقة عناصر حزب العمال الكردستاني داخل الأراضي العراقية، وهي تسببت بأضرار مادية ومعنوية كبيرة لسكان تلك المناطق، حيث أدّت الى احتراق مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي الزراعية.
