بين الاحتلال الإسرائيلي والتركي..لماذا يهتم العرب بفلسطين ويتجاهلون سوريا؟

شهدت الأيام الأخيرة استمرار الهجمات التركية على مناطق الشمال السوري وقيام مسيرات الجيش التركي بقصف واستهداف العديد من المناطق التي يقطنها المدنيين فى الشمال السوري.
وتصادف أن تزامن القصف التركي مع عملية عسكرية أطلقتها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد الفلسطينيين فى قطاع غزة وهي العملية التي حظت باهتمام عربي وعالمي وإعلامي بالغ.
الغريب فى الأمر أن القصف التركي الذى ربما لا يتوقف بحق دول مثل سوريا والعراق وما تبعه من سقوط ضحايا عرب ومسلمين لم يحظي بذلك الاهتمام الذى حظي به الهجوم الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة.
حتى إن الهجمات الإسرائيلية التي ينفذها طيران الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على العاصمة السورية دمشق والانتهاك المتكرر للسيادة السورية لم يجد يقابل بالاهتمام الذى يستحقه من الدول العربية حتى بيانات الشجب والإدانة التي كانت تترافق مع هذه الجرائم أصبحت توقف العواصم العربية عن إصدارها !
وفى محاولة لتفسير هذه الحالة، إلتقت الشمس نيوز ببعض الخبراء والمتخصصين العرب فى الشؤون والعلاقات والأزمات الدولية.

تركيا أخطر ولكن
فى البداية، اعتبر الخبير المصري فى العلاقات الدولية دكتور عمرو الديب أن الدولة التركية فى ظل نظامها الحالي بزعامة رجب طيب أردوغان تمثل خطورة شديدة على الدول العربية ربما تفوق فى خطورتها ما تمثله إسرائيل على العرب.
وأوضح الديب الذى يعمل أستاذ للتاريخ الحديث بجامعة لوباتشيفسكي الروسية فى تصريحات خاصة إن الاهتمام والتركيز العربي على إسرائيل كعدو يأت فى ظل ما تمثله القضية الفلسطينية للعرب بحكم التقارب المكاني واللغوي والاهتمام الإعلامي وذلك على الرغم من أن المظلومية التاريخية للشعب الكردي تمتد لعقود أكثر من القضية الفلسطينية.
وبحسب الخبير المصري فإن الوضع الفلسطيني مشكلة عربية صرفة قربها المكاني يجعلها بؤرة اهتمام الشعوب العربية بالرغم أن إسرائيل وتركيا يرتكبون نفس الجرائم مثل القتل والتشريد والتغيير الديموغرافي واغتصاب الأراضي ولكن المفعول به مختلف بالنسبة للعرب فى فلسطين ينظرون على أن الضحية شعب عربي مسلم أما بالنسبة لتركيا فالضحية شعب مسلم ولكنه ليس عربي.
وشدد خبير العلاقات الدولية على أن تركيا بالنسبة للعرب أخطر من إسرائيل فالأخيرة معلومة للجميع أنها عدو للعرب والمسلمين أما تركيا فبحكم كونها دولة إسلامية فهي تستخدم الإسلام للسيطرة على الدول العربية والتدخل فى شؤونها مشيرا إلي أنه لا يجب الانخداع بمحاولة تركيا تصفير مشكلاتها مع الدول العربية خلال الفترة الأخيرة فهذا الأمر يرجع بشكل او بأخر للاقتصاد التركي والأزمات التي يواجهها.
وأكد أن تركيا دولة خطيرة يجب على الدول العربية أن تعي الخطر الذى تمثله عليها والخطط التي تستخدمها لتنفيذ استراتيجيها وتحقيق أهدافها فى الشرق الأوسط .
وأشار إلي ان تركيا لها خطط واسعة واهداف استراتيجية ليس فى الشرق الأوسط فحسب بل فى منطقة البلقان وأسيا الوسطي مشيرا إلي أن هناك مخطط نفوذ واسع تسعي أنقرة لتنفيذه بهذه المناطق .
وختم الخبير المصري تصريحاته بالقول إن تركيا دولة يجب الوقوف أمامها مشيرا إلي انه لا يدعو للسلام مع إسرائيل ومعاداة تركيا بل يجب الحذر من تركيا كما نحذر من إسرائيل فالاثنين يمثلون خطرا كبيرا على الدول العربية ولكن تركيا أخطر .

حرب بالإنابة 
من جانبه يري د. إياد المجالي الباحث الأردني في العلاقات الدولية بجامعة مؤتة بالمملكة الأردنية أنه فى اطار تحليل أبعاد المشهد السياسي لشكل الصراع القائم وأنماطه في المنطقة, لابد من تسليط الضوء على أبرز محاور هذا الصراع وشكل التحالفات التي تحكم العلاقات بين الأطراف الدولية والإقليمية, حيث تتسم هذه الأطراف أمام معادلات التدابير الوقائية تارة والهجومية تارة أخرى في مواجهة أدوات المشروع الصهيوامريكي بالتعاون مع شركائهم الإقليميين, في مسرح الأحداث على الجغرافيا السورية أو في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
وأكد لـ الشمس نيوز إن نيران القصف الهمجي الصهيوني وتداعياتها على غزة, هي حربا شرسة و غير متكافئة ومؤشر فاضح لمراوغة ما تنشره الماكينة الإعلامية الغربية لمبررات ومسوغات هذا العدوان الصهيوني المتكرر على الشعب الفلسطيني بعد انتهاك حرمة وقدسية الأرض والبشر والشجر, لتجيب بشكل واضح على حجم الخنوع والقبول العربي لهذه الجرائم الممنهجة, تكتفي أطراف الاقليم والعربية منها بخجل في الشجب والاستنكار أمام شعب يذبح بدم بارد, والحقيقة المؤلمة ان أغلبها أنظمة تابعة للمشروع الصهيوأمريكي تنفذ تعليمات الغرب المتصهين دون اعتراض.
وشدد الخبير الأردني على أن حال الشعب الفلسطيني لا يقل او يزيد عن ما آلت إليه الأزمة السورية, التي فقدت عناصر الحل السياسي لتستمر مبادرات التفكيك والتقسيم والتهجير والحرب بالإنابة على الجغرافيا السورية.
وأشار إلي أن تشعب جزيئيات هذا الصراع وتنامي الدور التركي في زعزعة استقرار المنطقة, لا يقل همجية ووحشية على ممارسات الكيان الصهيوني في فلسطين المحتله, لتأتي التساؤلات الموضوعية حول : لماذا هذا الاهتمام في ممارسات الكيان الصهيوني والتغاضي عنها من المشروع الامبراطوري العثماني الأردوغاني في شمال شرق سوريا هي بالمجمل هندسة مشتركة لشكل الصراع القائم وتحالفاته في تحقيق أهداف تركية صهيونية مشتركة في بؤر التوتر وعدم الاستقرار , سواء من خلال تعزيز الأداة العسكرية ومصانع الأسلحة , وبقاء الوضع القائم يتغذى على الهجمات الإرهابية المتعددة حيث يوظف العدوان الصهيوني والتركي أدواته بشكل محترف, لتنفيذ عملياته الهجومية سواء على الأراضي المحتلة وشمال الشرق سوريا.
وهو الأمر الذي يجعل خيارات الدولة السورية وحلفائها موضع الدفاع أما الاستراتيجية الأمريكية التي تنفذها بالإنابة على الجغرافيا السورية, فمساعي الولايات المتحدة استمرار التوتر والتصعيد في الملف السوري , يشكل أحد اهم البدائل السياسية لاستثمار الضغوط القصوى في الجبهة الإيرانية والروسية بحكم حضورها على الأراضي السورية, وتمثل أطراف داعمة وحافظة للدولة السورية من الانهيار والتفكك,ومواجهة تقاطع المصالح بين القوى الكبرى في مسرح الأحداث.
وبحسب الخبير فإن ما تظهره مؤشرات وردود الفعل المتباينة من الاطراف الاقليمية الحليفة للمعسكر الغربي, تجد أن السياق الاستراتيجي الناظم للصراع في سوريا ليس من الأولويات التي تمنع أو تشجب السلوك العدواني التوسعي التركي, الذي يعمل بشكل حثيث الى تفكيك واحتلال الأراضي السورية, المعززة للوجود الإيراني والروسي في إطارها السياسي والعسكري لذا تتعمق جذور الرؤية لشكل ما يسمى حرب الإنابة ضمن هذا الصراع المبرر للعرب كغيرهم من الأطراف الإقليمية التي تحتكم في سياساتها إلى تبعية مطلقة لنفوذ وسيطرة المشروع الصهيوامريكي فيها.
