اختتام القمة العربية بـ “إعلان الجزائر” ..تفاصيل

أكد القادة والرؤساء العرب في ختام أعمال مؤتمر القمة العربية التي انعقدت في الجزائر، ضرورة إنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية وأسلحة الدمار الشامل بالشرق الأوسط.

وشدد القادة العرب على تمسكهم بمبادرة السلام العربية لعام 2002 بكافة عناصرها وأولوياتها، والالتزام بالسلام العادل والشامل كخيار استراتيجي.

كما أكد “إعلان الجزائر” على الالتزام بمبادئ عدم الانحياز وبالموقف العربي المشترك من الحرب في أوكرانيا الذي يقوم على نبذ استعمال القوة والسعي لتفعيل خيار السلام عبر الانخراط الفعلي لمجموعة الاتصال الوزارية العربية.

ودعا القادة العرب إلى حل ليبي ليبي يحفظ وحدة وسيادة ليبيا والوصول إلى انتخابات في أسرع وقت، مع التأكيد على رفض التدخلات الخارجية بجميع أشكالها في الشؤون الداخلية للدول العربية،

وافتتحت أعمال القمة بكلمة للرئيس التونسي قيس سعيّد رئيس الدورة الماضية، دعا فيها إلى “تجاوز الخلافات” و”لم الشمل” من أجل الانتصار على من يشنون “حربا ضروسا لإسقاط الدول” سلم بعدها رئاسة الدورة للرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون.

وبدوره أشار تبون إلى أن “العالم العربي لم يعرف في تاريخه المعاصر مرحلة عصيبة كما هو الآن”، مشيرا إلى الخطر على “الأمن الغذائي” في المنطقة، لذلك “يتعين علينا بناء تكتل اقتصادي عربي منيع يحفظ مصالحنا المشتركة”.

وعقدت جامعة الدول العربية التي تضم 22 دولة، آخر قمة لها في مارس 2019 في تونس، قبل تفشي وباء كوفيد-19. ومنذ ذلك الحين، قامت دول عدة أعضاء في المنظمة، التي وضعت تاريخيا دعم القضية الفلسطينية وإدانة إسرائيل على رأس أولوياتها، بتطبيع لافت مع الدولة العبرية.

وأعلن وزير الخارجية السعودي فيصل بن فرحان استضافة بلاده للقمة العربية المقبلة.
