انخفاض تاريخي..تراجع غير مسبوق في قيمة الليرة التركية مقابل الدولار
سجلت الليرة التركية تراجعاً حاداً أمام العملات الأجنبية، الأربعاء 7 يونيو/حزيران 2023، حيث فقدت نحو 7% من قيمتها وهوت إلى مستوى قياسي غير مسبوق أمام اليورو والدولار، وفق ما أفادت به قناة “خبر تورك” التركية.
وتجاوز سعر الدولار حاجز 23 ليرة تركية، في حين تجاوز سعر اليورو حاجز 24، ليصل إلى 24.5، صباح اليوم.
ولامست الليرة مستوى قياسياً منخفضاً عند 23.16 للدولار في وقت سابق، لتصل خسائرها منذ بداية العام حتى الآن إلى 19% تقريباً.
وكان أدنى مستوى قياسي سابق للعملة التركية هو 21.8 ليرة لكل دولار سجلته قبل أيام، منذ الانهيار التاريخي في عام 2021.
يأتي التراجع الحاد في قيمة الليرة التركية بعد أقل من أسبوع من تشكيل الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان حكومته الجديدة، السبت 3 يونيو/حزيران، حيث سلّم حقيبة المالية للوزير المخضرم محمد شيمشك، والذي يحظى بتقدير كبير بين المستثمرين الأجانب.
وقال شيمشك بعد تعيينه إن السياسة الاقتصادية في تركيا تحتاج إلى العودة إلى “أساس منطقي”.
وتترقب الأسواق أيضاً تعيين محافظ جديد للبنك المركزي التركي، ليحل محل شهاب قاوجي أوغلو، الذي قاد عمليات خفض أسعار الفائدة في ظل سياسات أردوغان غير التقليدية.
وتدخلت السلطات بشكل مباشر في أسواق العملات الأجنبية؛ إذ لجأت لعشرات المليارات من الدولارات من الاحتياطيات للحفاظ على استقرار الليرة معظم هذا العام، بحسب رويترز.
وتحت ضغط من أردوغان، خفّض البنك المركزي سعر الفائدة إلى 8.5% من 19% في عام 2021 لتعزيز النمو والاستثمار. لكن ذلك أثار أزمة قياسية لليرة في ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2021، ودفع التضخم إلى أعلى مستوى في 24 عاماً وتجاوز 85% العام الماضي.
من جانب آخر، تبشّر عودة شيمشك، الذي كان وزيراً للمالية ونائباً لرئيس الوزراء في الفترة من عام 2009 إلى 2018، إلى الابتعاد عن التخفيضات غير التقليدية في أسعار الفائدة، والتي جرى تطبيقها على الرغم من ارتفاع التضخم، وتسببت في فقد الليرة لأكثر من 80% من قيمتها في 5 سنوات.
