&num;ff0000&semi;">تاريخ من المعاناة<&sol;span><&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2>في القرن الماضي، تغير ميزان القوى العالمي والإقليمي&period; انهارت الإمبراطورية العثمانية، وتقهقرت فرنسا وبريطانيا في العالم والمنطقة العربية، وتصاعد النفوذ الأميركي&period; &num;ff0000&semi;">رابعاً<&sol;span>، تغيرت الإدارات الأميركية وتكررت الخيانات، وتغيرت القيادات الكردية في المساحات الجغرافية، وبقيت الطعنات&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2><span style&equals;"color&colon; &num;ff0000&semi;">خيبات ولدغات<&sol;span><br &sol;>&NewLine;هنا تذكير بسبع خيبات كردية ولدغات غربية – أميركية، خلال مائة عام&colon;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2><span style&equals;"color&colon; &num;ff0000&semi;">1<&sol;span>-بعد انهيار الإمبراطورية العثمانية وخروجها خاسرة من الحرب العالمية الأولى، خصصت «Ù…عاهدة سيفر» في 1920 مساحة للأكراد في تركيا، كي يقيموا حكماً ذاتياً على منطقة خارج سوريا والعراق وإيران&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;وبعد معارضة أنقرة وسطوع نجم مصطفى كمال أتاتورك ودعم واشنطن، واجه الأكراد طعم أول طعنة في «Ù…عاهدة لوزان» في 1923، التي فتحت الباب لباريس ولندن لتقاسم جناحي «Ø§Ù„هلال الخصيب» في سوريا والعراق، وذهبت وعود «Ù…عاهدة سيفر» أدراج الرياح&period; فالمنطقة التي وعدتهم الدول العظمى بها في شرق الأناضول، ذهبت نهائياً إلى جمهورية تركيا الوليدة&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;وكما هو حال أميركا، غازلت بريطانيا أتاتورك بأنها فضلت العلاقة مع أنقرة على حساب دعم «Ø¬Ù…هورية أرارات» الكردية&period; وأدى هذا إلى هجرة كبيرة للأكراد من جنوب تركيا إلى دول مجاورة، خصوصاً شمال شرقي سوريا&period; وغالباً ما استعملت دمشق «Ø§Ù„بعثية»ØŒ لاحقاً، موضوع الهجرة في خطابها ضد الأكراد، فقالت وتقول «Ù„يسوا سوريين»&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;<span style&equals;"color&colon; 1963&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2>واتبع النظام البعثي الجديد في العراق نهجاً صارماً ضد الأكراد&period; وعندما جنح أكثر باتجاه الاتحاد السوفياتي، تعاونت واشنطن مع طهران المحكومة يومها من الشاه، في تسليح الأكراد ودعمهم بهدف زعزعة الأوضاع في العراق&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2>وتكرر الدعم في السبعينات، ليس بهدف إنشاء دولة كردية، بل لخلق قلاقل داخل العراق للتشويش على أي تقارب سوري – عراقي بعد توقيع اتفاقية كامب ديفيد وخروج مصر من المعادلة العربية&period; &num;ff0000&semi;">4<&sol;span>&&num;8211&semi; بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر &lpar;أيلول&rpar; 2001، أمر الرئيس جورج بوش الابن بغزو العراق&period; وحصل تنسيق مع الأكراد وقياداتهم السياسية، وباتوا بين الرابحين الرئيسيين من تغيير النظام العراقي&period; وبعد هزيمة «Ø¯Ø§Ø¹Ø´» جغرافياً بالتعاون بين التحالف والأكراد، تشكلت مظلة جوية سمحت بتأسيس إدارة ذاتية وقوة عسكرية وسيطرة على ربع مساحة سوريا ومعظم الثروات الاستراتيجية في شمال شرقي البلاد&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2>وأقلق ظهور «Ø±ÙˆØ¬ أفا» &lpar;غرب كردستان&rpar; أنقرة ودمشق وطهران، فغيرت تركيا من أولوياتها في سوريا، من «Ø¥Ø³Ù‚اط النظام» إلى التمدد في الأراضي السورية، وعقدت تسويات مع روسيا في أعوام 2016 و2018 و2019 سمحت بـ«ØªÙ‚طيع أوصال» الكيان الكردي في شمال سوريا ومنع وصوله إلى مياه البحر المتوسط&period;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;<h2>حصل هذا بدعم روسي وصمت أو عجز أميركي&period;
