كشفت تقارير صحفية عن تحركات أمريكية جديدة فى سوريا قد تؤدي لعودة الفوضي خاصة بعد الجهود الروسية لإتمام وساطة تهدف إلى إنجاز تفاهمات بين “قسد” والجيش السوري. وذلك بعد إعلان تركيا تهديداتها بإطلاق عملية عسكرية جديدة في الشمال السوري. وتهدف الجهود الروسية إلى تجنب الأعمال العسكرية في شمال شرق سوريا وتهجير المزيد من السكان المدنيين وإعادة الاستقرار إلى جميع المدن السورية.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام فقد قامت المخابرات الأمريكية بعقد اجتماعات داخل قاعدة الرميلان بمحافظة الحسكة مع شخصيات من عشيرة شمّر، بهدف تشكيل ميليشيات مسلحة تحت مسمى المجلس العسكري في الجزيرة، سيكون مسؤولاً عن الانتشار في المناطق القريبة من الشريط الحدودي مع تركيا.
وأجرى نائب مساعد وزير الخارجية الأميركي إيثان غولدريتش، والمبعوث الألماني الخاص إلى سورية ستيفين شنيك، والمبعوثة الفرنسية إلى سورية بريجيت كرمي، والمبعوث البريطاني إلى سورية جوناثان هارغريفز في جنيف أمس، محادثات مع ما يسمى هيئة التفاوض ضمت رئيس الهيئة بدر جاموس، والرئيس المشترك للجنة الدستورية هادي البحرة، انتهى إلى التأكيد على ربط أي تحرك سياسي في الملف السوري بتنفيذ القرار 2254 وفقاً للفهم الأميركي للقرار.
يشير الخبراء، أن التحركات الأميركية التي بدا أن هدفها واضح لجهة قطع الطريق على أي تحرك سياسي في المنطقة وخطوات الانفتاح على دمشق، كشفت أيضاً عن نيات أميركية لسحب ملف التفاوض الخاص بالمعارضة السورية من يد تركيا وحصره بيد واشنطن.
ويضيف الخبراء، أن هذا الاجتماع لتشكيل ما يسمى بالمجلس العسكري قد يؤدي إلى تفاقم الوضع في سوريا وهذا ما تريده الولايات المتحدة، لأنها بدأت ترى أن الأطراف السورية المتصارعة جلست على طاولة التفاوض وفي حال توصلت الأطراف السورية إلى حل، سيؤدي ذلك إلى طرد قوات الاحتلال الأمريكي في سوريا.
ويختم الخبراء، أن أمريكا تدخلت عسكرياً في مناطق كثيرة وبحجج واهية، وارتكبت خلال ذلك جرائم عديدة لم تتم محاسبتها عليها، بل على العكس استمرت في تزكية نيران الصراعات المسلحة في الشرق الأوسط، والوضع السوري هو المثال لتناقض واشنطن في معالجة الإرهاب، ولم يعد سراً على الإطلاق أن واشنطن دعمت وأرسلت المسلّحين المتطرفين إلى سورية، بهدف تدمير سورية ولتحقيق مكاسب سياسية وإستراتيجية في هذا البلد.
